  1. There Verizon 5G wireless internet, does not work. Constantly, freezing can’t watch anything without it loading. Not worth the money and headache. In addition, I have cancelled 😞 n person and called the service, returned the equipment before the 30 days and it’s been 4 months and they are still sending me bill letters. I’ve called and went in person at their store to make sure everything has been cancelled. Everyone I spoke to has said it was cancelled. Verizon does not have there departments talking to each other or in sync. They need to streamline the communication better and effectively.

  2. I recently went into this Verizon location with my wife to see what we could do about her aging cellphone. We were met by a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man named Shane. He discussed all the options we were interested in and very quickly we were educated in a professional manner on our options. My Wife in particular was very pleased with his manners and soft sale approach and we were out of there in a very short time with her new phone and new plan. She did have to return later after updating her Apple ID and again he was very helpful . I would recommend him to anyone, young or old, that needs to get a new phone and or service. Thanks to the management for having such great employees!

I have very bad experience whit canceling a try out for 30 day internet wireless I came here to get help ro return the equipment and start a nightmare journey for at least 2 months trying to return and they say it was for free for 30 days and I ended up paying $ 80 dls I think it’s not ridiculous but I lernd my lesson do not trust on the deal that the offering 😢

  4. Dear Verizon Customer Service,

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration at not having received my $500 rebate for bringing my own device to your network, despite having fulfilled all the requirements.

    I have been patiently waiting for this rebate since June 2022, and the delay is causing undue financial burden on me.

    As a loyal customer of Verizon for several years, I request that you expedite the process and provide me with the rebate as soon as possible.

    I have attempted to cooperate with this matter through Multiple Phone calls, in which whenever I ask for a Supervisor; whom cannot be contacted at all.

    I am deeply frustrated and tired of explaining my situation over and over again waiting for a decent reply back for my situation.

    Last time I was told that there will be an investigation going on to resolve the issue. That was January 24th.

    I was promised a call back with the updates of the situation, in which I also never received.

    Please let me know if Verizon just simply does not want to uphold the Promise and Deals with the customers.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  5. Update today. .im happy to review that the RM is working hard to make my daughter’s trade in promise resolved. I do appreciate it and will be going back to this store for future upgrades.

    Awesome experience today. My first time visiting. The store was not crowded. I have been having connectivity issues with my Samsumg Galaxy S21Ultra. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new Sim card, as mine is old. Armando was incredibly helpful amd friendly. He said many people have been having this issue with the recent storm. He reset my network settings and told me to come back if that doesn’t work. He looked at my plan and offered plan upgrades without being too pushy. I let him know I appreciated all of the information and will assess my family plan prior to making any changes today. Highly recommended!

    If 0 stars was an option, I’d choose that. This place is a joke. Not a real Verizon store, reseller. Hope this isn’t the case for everyone, but this was the case for me with Eric S and Armando. Traded in my phone and was told a screen protector, case and charging block were included in my taxes… no receipt, ended up costing me $189. ASK FOR A RECEIPT. Charging block didn’t even work, charged me $40 for a knockoff Apple Charger that they advertise as authentic (Apple sells for $20) and then told me all accessory sales are final. Rip off. They brag about being a 5 star store and treat customers horribly, their story is always changing, had me running back and forth to the store for a week. Do yourself a favor and only ever go to a Corporate Verizon store.

    Gil was very knowledgeable, very patient and helpful. Unfortunately, he was the only person manning the store when I was there. An additional person could have been very helpful to serve customers more efficiently. Gil kindly agreed to make an appointment to work with me on a day that there are fewer customers in the store.

    Ani was very helpful, knowledgeable & patient in explaining where I can save more on my monthly bill. She explained thoroughly & walked me through the process on how I can lower my bill by opting for auto-pay & paperless billing. I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for a long time, and indeed it has great discounts for multiple phones!

    Great store. They worked out a great deal on our two phone upgrades. The phones were ordered, there on time and professionally prepared for our use. Kovic was really helpful by working the numbers to our advantage, executing a trade in deal, installing our glass protectors and transferring all our data to our 2 new phones. David (the manager) participated when asked and helped getting data transferred even though my wife’s phone was stuck in the “safe mode”. Great customer service…thank you for that ! We will keep our business here and recommend others do the same.

    I was at this store to activation of my new phone, but unfortunately, the Verizon system was down so I had to wait the recovering the system. After coming back home I realized lost my old phone. I searched all over the house and the next day I came to the Verizon store asking for lost and found. Gaveen who helped me yesterday and keep it for me.     Last week my family went in to ask about the warranty status of my daughter’s phone. We came out with 3 latest model Samsung phones and 4 new Samsung smart watch 5s. Only because we felt that Noel, who stayed very late to help us, was courteous and trustworthy, not to mention great deals for all devices and lower monthly bills…. Hopefully, my next phone bill a pleasant surprise. I’m going back today for another new phone We used to drive 60, 120 or 220 miles to get new phone every year, just not to do business at this neighborhood Verizon store. 7-8 years ago, I got ripped off by one of salesmen here. I bought a cellular modem at a great deal, I thought, which I didn need, no cost but a $ 10 discounted monthly access fee for 2 years. For the deal, I thought it was a just another convenience expense. When I received my 1st bill and spoke with a Verizon Rep., I realized everything he said was lies – no discount/rebate for the modem, no discounted line access fee, no reimbursement for the activation fee,… I used it less than an hour during the 2-yr contract period, having wasted hundred of dollars. Cellular svc was unstable at best. When I returned to the store, the manager told me that the sales person was not there,” with “what’s done is done, there was nothing he could do, if not happy go somewhere else… ” attitude, terrible people!
