Was being helped to find a correct size and she was nasty to the employee helping me and then to me. They were closing in 2 minutes and we noticed i had the wrong size when checking out. They scalded down the size of the handbag and women’s plus sections. The handbags look cheap to me. They added Sephora, which was understocked when I visited at Christmas time. Came with a friend of mine to do some bargain hunting. She found several cardigans she liked. She got some leggings too, and a cute sweater for her dog. I found a few things I liked, but they were not on sale, so I passed. If you can find what you want on sale, then it’s well worth it. There were some nice benches in the breezeway, so I took a break while she finished up.
My shopping trip to Sephora( inside of Kohl’s) was very nice and I was able to buy exactly what I was looking for because the young lady working there was very knowledgeable about the products they sell and what would work best for me and my skin type. Her name is Mikaela if you go to the Sephora on Pulaski Hwy. inside Kohl’s. Thank you again Mikaela!
Excellent customer service. Helen in the shoe dept. is awesome she went way above and beyond to help my daughter find a pair of shoes for her school dance. She is definitely an asset to company. I highly recommend doing your shopping here.
Get day at Kohls, made an easy return, and bought a hand mixer, on sale and had 10.oo Kohls cash. 9.99!!! Made my day, I have been looking for a portable mixer.

Unfortunately, my mother, a retired Veteran and frequent customer also had a negative experience as she was profiled and followed around the store by an employee of the shoe-department.
When I called to discuss the incident, the manager informed me “she’s worked here for years and I couldn’t see her doing that”. No sense of care, just excuses. Keep in mind, those that aren’t flashy in their appearance are most of the time spending more! Avoid at all costs if you are a minority and would like to shop in peace. Disgraceful.
