  1. Ok, let’s start by saying the low rating is not because of the employees but for what they are dealing with. I can’t believe how busy this location was, and I feel sorry that the “asset protection/security” personnel were so busy. The clientele here is a bit shady. Ok, not all, but the asset protection folks were busy. Anyway we found a good deal on a pair of jeans for my wife and a multi hanger for her skirts. Price was right. Our cashier was very friendly when she wasn’t on the radio about someone shoplifting.

  3. Don’t like the fact that you have to wait in line to get into the store, but other than that the surface is good. Have a nice selection. The story is not messy which is the best part I love about going to this location.

  4. I bought a rug from Ross for our new home. It was rolled up and I stuck it in the corner until the room I bought it for was ready. When I laid it out, it still had a security tagged attached. This rug was very inexpensive, only $15, which is a great deal. I took it back to the store to have the security device removed and they refused to remove it since I no longer had my receipt. I offered my card to look up the purchase and that was not an option. Anyway, just forewarning, check your items for these so you aren’t inconvenienced by their mistakes as well. Guaranteed other stores would not treat their customers like they are thieves over a $15 rug.

    Good deals with discounts on Tuesdays for seniors. Good selection of clothes, kitchen utensils, and yard items. Many people just walk in, fill backpacks with items and walk out without paying. Two while I was there in 30 minutes. Nothing is done so eventually cautious

    Everytime I go they never have anything I personally like and by chance if I do like something I can never find it in my size. Idk maybe I have bad timing, could be. So I rarely go because of the bad luck I have but mainly because I’m always uncomfortable because of the judgement received from the workers because of my looks I guess cause I’ve never shoplifted but they all treat me like so so I really don’t go to unless I absolutely have to just because one location is walking distance from my house. Sorry this review is so long good day and good luck maybe you’ll have better luck and feel more comfortable.

    Transplant from California, so it was nice to shop without crowds, long lines and friendly staff. Even with no lines, I was asked to wait 10 seconds before they allowed me in the store. Clean, not cluttered or was that because most of the shelves lacking merchandise.

    Place is disgusting 😷 the fitting room smells like BO, they are filthy. There is cloths everywhere such a mess!!! Definitely needs a good cleaning!! Very unorganized
