  1. Used to be a decent store to shop at. Unfortunately, due to mass amounts of theft during which staff didn’t care, they’ve now taken the stance of “everyone is here to steal. I’m not a shop lifter plain and simple. I went there with my wife and son only to be followed, then cut off by employees on aisles so id be forced to turn around.

    I would have spoke to the manager, but she was one that followed us too horrible store now. TERRIBLE STAFF. So unless your in the market to be profiled, and harassed for no reason, then head on in. Otherwise dont give this establishment your money.

  2. ROSS is one incredible department store! It is definitely MY favorite clothing store, as I am a serious bargain hunter. It’s really fun to go through the racks each time I go in to see what hidden gem I find. I love to hop around all the different locations, since I may find something at one store but not another. You find a lot more than clothes at this place too, they have it all! I think I’m a ROSS addict, seriously! I never heard of this store until I moved to Oregon, but I’m so glad I now have! If you love clothes and shopping in general and are on a budget, checking out a ROSS is a must!

  3. I was not happy when I saw a sign that said
    “This line to remain open at all hours for people with disabilities” It’s a checkout check stand and I was standing in line too long for my disabilities and was clearly hurting. There was no one. I asked about it and checker said they didn’t have anyone to open it. 2 checkers were working but not on that line. Also they have only 1 door open, to go in annd out of the store and you are not aloud in through any of the other doors. If there was a fire idk what would happen when everyone rushed through that 1 door, to get out side. Making it a fire hazard.
    And the restroom is closed 😫

  4. This place is great for plus sized men’s shirts, but not for plus sized pants. They could definitely do better in that regard. Still, I liked what I did find and it was affordable. I loved the shoes I found there and the purses that I got where the best I have ever had at the fraction of the price I paid for my old purses and bags.

  5. Great selection! Clean and well stocked. Sufficient staffing, pleasant customer service. I found a beautiful dress for a wedding at a great price!

    I love Ross, but tonight I abandoned TWO CARTS THAT WERE FULL of hundreds of dollars worth of things I was going to buy. This was due to how rude the fitting room employee was to me and my autistic 6 year old daughter. I left the store in tears. This was 5/5/23 at approx 8pm, the employee is a female and has long grey hair . I find it interesting that there’s another review here from a month ago with a complaint about the fitting room clerk as well. I wonder if they’re referring to the same person I’m referring to. She was incredibly rude to a little girl that just needed to go potty. My daughter is special needs and has a hard time communicating a physical need until it’s urgent. I politely asked this clerk where the restroom was, she glares at us and ignored us until she was good and ready and done with what she was doing (hanging stuff). Then she says “by the kid shoes” .. cold and annoyed. We get to the restroom and it has a key code padlock on the door, and we can’t get in, and the door is making weird noises. So I walk back to her and say “excuse me ma’am um -” and she cuts me off with a FULL SNEER FULL OF HATRED snaps at me “JUST. PUSH. IT” . Doesn’t even let me finish my question. Just incredibly rude. Maybe she had a death in the family or is going through something. or maybe she’s just a jerk that didn’t go to college and is bitter she has to work retail in her 70’s, like it’s beneath her or something. Who knows.

    Very messy, I found what I was looking for and for the price I wanted. Sizes are all mixed together. I paid the cashier but had to grab my receipt and walked out while she turned her back and didn’t say bye.

    The security lady was absolutely rude. I went up to her because the alarm from a shoe was going on and she replied back with “No, I’m on my lunch” with an attitude. Seriously, It is not hard to grab the shoes and try to turn them off or ask someone for help. So, I left the shoes right where I found it. A few minutes later, a staff came up and I told her what happened. She took the shoes and left.

    The girl at the counter got there an hour early so her boss told her to tidy the queue items and dang did that queue look good. My girlfriend mentioned it as she once also worked for Ross, and I as a frequent shopper was ballot to see that the employee cared about her job. The whole store looked very clean and tidy. Nice work!

    Really not ever enough checkers and staff is so-so. The people at the dressing room check in are often rude. The prices are good in comparison w/ other retail stores
