I have talked with him on multiple occasions and he has always been rude. He is the kind of person who gives off a “not my job, not my problem” attitude. He is brash, unhelpful, and unprofessional. My old pixel was on its last leg, so I stopped in Verizon. Less than 20 minutes later I am walking out the door with a new pixel. Kendra was excellent! I have been a customer for a long time, best service I have received at Verizon. Well done!
The Costumer service was not good at all he didn’t even check his iPad if he had the phone in stock he just said no we out of everything you have to order it. Within my experience usually has good customer service supposed to ask was there anything else I could help you with I didn’t even get that said to me, I was opened up to get a galaxy.
I went into the store to purchase a new iPhone 14 Pro Max. I leave the store to activate the device and after hours of working with tech support the device would not activate at all. I know it’s hard to find good help these days but the African American male by the name of “Dave” (highly doubting that’s his name because he flipped his name tagged) just showed you aren’t going to get quality service from Verizon anymore. He began to raise his voice to prove a point when all I asked was for my account to be pulled up. He refused to pull up my account to discuss the credit I was supposed to receive. I just wanted an understanding of were I stood and he was just too busy worrying if I could pay a $50 restocking fee. I stated the money isn’t an issue as long as my account is credited. I just needed to know before giving my money away for a phone that they couldn’t even activate over the phone through tier2 tech support. He told me he cannot look up my account to see what was credited. What sense does that make? I look forward to ending my plan with Verizon. This store has gone downhill over the last year and I don’t see it getting better with having emotionally unstable people in a management position like that. I asked for information on the person over him and he said there wasn’t anyone. I will be sure to voice this experience on all platforms. Verizon in Madison on HWY 72 is so much better!
Update: I went to the Madison – 72 location. We found out that the phone was on the do not pay list. We assumed that means someone else returned it and they just resold it without clearing any transfers first. They went through 3 steps and a good little hold before getting me back up and going. Chad at the Madison store was so pleasant to work with after all of that. Just laid back and understanding. I ended up keeping the phone and feel more comfortable driving to Madison for help. I was so frustrated because of everything I went through but still it’s managements position to be understanding to that. I am still a loyal Verizon customer. Just pray for better help moving forward.
My curbside order was canceled within the pickup window indicated on the confirmation emails which ultimately cost me money. Luckily, the corporate reps got me situated. I’ll stick to my usual location down South Parkway no matter what side of town I’m on next time.
