  1. Cashier’s at front end and post office end were fabulous, very friendly. I needed gold paint , and to use the inside post office. There was a girl on the paint aisle changing tags so I couldn’t really get around her or see all the paint options. She didn’t ask if we needed help, or if she was in our way & maybe could scoot over for us. Other than that the store and cashier’s were GREAT!

  3. Good selection of items except for their Stihl section but I’m sure that’s because of supply chain shortages (Thanks DC) but other than that it’s a great neighborhood hardware store with great employees

  4. I was immediately greeted by a young man whose name i can’t remember who directed me to Chandler who made my plumbing disaster much more simple. I was then rung up by Sarah who had a friendly smile throughout my transaction. 10/10 experience i will return

  5. I still love Ace! They tend to have all I need from birdseed, plumbing items, air filters, fertilizer, tools, etc. Good prices and they send coupons. Save the hike in the big box stores!

    Well let’s start by saying my hat is off to the young gentleman that helped me. I have been all over the United States and just about all places have the same thing in common. They either have employees that have no respect or ones with absolutely no knowledge. I’m surprised some times but not very often. Today this young helped me and he was knowledgeable friendly and eager to assist me and knew his store. He was professional and polite . This young man is a great asset to the store and he should definitely be commended for his good job. The store itself like always have what you need that’s no surprise. The prices are competitive on most items. They are a great group of people at all ace stores . Impressive very impressive. Thanks for having great employees.

    I was sorely disappointed in my visit to this store. I needed to have garden tools sharpened and had called the day before, when I was told by a gentleman to bring them in and they could take care of it. I drove there after work in the afternoon, which put me another 30 minutes from home in Summerville, to get them done. When I walked in the door, the lady behind the counter was immediately very short, stating “We don’t do those kind of tools here.” When I told her I had been told different on the phone, she stated, “We don’t do those. We only do lawnmower blades.” I was very offended by her being so short immediately when I walked in the door. It was a total waste of my time to make a trip this far out of the way, after working all day, to get this type of response. I can assure all, I will not be in this store for any reason in the future.

    Very helpful and pleasant staff! Check prices before buying at big box stores and online, convenience is worth something $ as well! Have bought several items that were equal or cheaper!

    In a world seemingly bereft of any semblance of customer service, I stumble upon a business that turns that notion on its head. This ACE hardware has impressed me every single time I have crossed their threshold. It’s so nice being helped as soon as I enter. Most of the time I’m offered assistance multiple times while perusing the aisles. Thank you to the owners, managers and employees at this location that give the rest of the community an example of how a store should be operated. Oh, and I’m hesitant to even mention this as they’ll probably never have any in stock after word gets out, but they had the best Cajun boiled peanuts I think I’ve ever had.
