  1. Stopped in to this Dollar Tree while driving from out of town. It was very hard to find the place at night since the building sign was not illuminating. The store was not the cleanest Dollar Tree I’ve been to, and I am a regular customer all across the country. There were also kids throwing a football down the toy isle. The customer service was also lacking. The cashier was not welcoming or courteous. Compared to most other Dollar Tree locations, this one was a disappointment.

  2. Sometimes it’s a total dumpster fire in they’re, but usually the only issue is not enough cashiers or slow/failure to shift employees to registers when the line expands. But none of the employees have ever been anything but nice and as helpful as possible

  3. Dollar Tree has items for $1.25 or less. That is still below the average inflation rate among other retailers. This is my go-to store for seasonal items, good deals, and decor.

  4. Worst experience I’ve ever had in any Dollar Tree! I’m waiting in line, 4th person back, only one cashier open. Two associates start take people in line. The women behind me goes to one and the two people in front of me go to the other one. When I becomes my turn “Sandy” decided to tell me that she was going to take the people in the other lan in front of me because they were ahead of me. Which is completely WRONG!! The whole thing is so stupid but her rudeness and body language towards me set me off. She said let’s review the video, please do because you owe me an apology. I will NEVER go there again!!!

This isn’t the most organized Dollar tree it’s not very pretty but I don’t go there to look at a pretty store I go there cuz I have a lot of variety in a lot of stuff and you can dig through it and and nobody bothers you Lenny bad thing I have to say about the these days is it’s not the Dollar tree it’s a $1.25 tree

    It’s literally you’re job to bag the items but the cashier couldn’t be bothered to place my items in the bag I purchased. However, she definitely bagged the items of the people behind me…….it wasn’t my attitude, because I was nice. she know why and she needs to be fired. You get paid to provide good service to everyone, not just who you feel like. If you cannot do that, get another a job or go into business for yourself

    Whoever worked as a cashier last night needs to be retrained and possibly even fired. A woman was in the store last night buying some items. She was nice to the cashier, but the cashier was extremely rude and condescending to her. Making her bag her items, but bagging everyone else’s behind her. Absolutely disgusting worker.

    I used to love this store, anywhere else in the United States. In Wilmington, they’re never stocked. Stock is always on the floors in boxes. The stock on shelves, is disorganized. The shelves are probably never cleaned, nor are the floors, windows or doors. Bring hand sanitizer with you, don’t plan on purchasing one there, most likely not in stock. Question: why do they lock up toothpaste at this store???? See picture

    What’s good : Best dollar store in 10 mile radius, well stocked and maintained store. Good cheap cutlery, kitchen and bathroom stuff, great price on decorations and fancy items What’s not : wouldn’t trust the frozen food and beauty products here

    This store has a new manager, Eddie. The shelves are fully stocked, the team members are helpful, courteous, and treated well, and the entire atmosphere has changed, making this little community a better place!
