The lady was chatting with a co-worker and obviously had no intentions of bringing my items out. She tried to tell me that she was busy but she wasn’t busy when I walked in. She had my number, she could’ve called and asked me to come in instead of making me wait. She walked around for almost 2 minutes trying to find my order, so she hadn’t even looked for it yet. While I was walking out, the guy who waiting curbside before I even showed up was walking in to get his item. Don’t offer curbside if you aren’t going to ensure your employees follow through with it. Yes she was by herself but it was pure laziness. I love this Home Depot be use they have a few workers that go above an beyond to make sure you have what ya need for the job. Heck they even let me try out my stinger to make sure I had the right size staple. POW!!! Tag went right onto the wood with ease. As the people in the store looked my way funny an the lady employee says “what’d you do tht for”. We both laughed. Went around the store for the other items need for my company. Im in this particular store all the time an never have bad experience. I don’t buy their lumber I will say you could go elsewhere for better quality. But in a pinch they have what you need. Only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is they don’t have everything all the time!!!
A great experience. I had multiple people ask if they could help us. And they did. A rare thing… great energy in this store. The parking lot is in really bad shape after this winter and needs some immediate attention or could cause an incident.
Its got most if not all of what you need! The employees well its a gamble on whether you get one that’ll have you leaving the store happy & wanting to go back. We bought a stove & the lady was kind & helpful. The guy who was the cashier…well i don’t want to say bad thing so let me say he could’ve been nicer, TRULY!!!
It’s a big box hardware store that has all your needs not any better or worse than the other HDs I’ve been too.
The parking lot needs to be replaced though. Giant potholes
Be careful buying any appliances from Home Depot as they’re new rule is you can not return ANY appliances even if they come damaged or defective. You basically will be screwed and can’t get your money back or a new appliance. You can only deal with the manufacturer is what I was told. Just be careful before you buy and know the terms.
