  1. Has a lot of the things one would need, but they really need to work on presenting the store as presentable for the customer’s sanity and safety. We had to crawl over pallets just to get to what we needed to buy because none of the employees came back to help when we requested over the loud speaker with an older female employee. After similar things happening in our past visits, I would not go to this location again until they straighten up their store.

  2. The forklift guy from this home depot is the worse. He made me wait 1h to lower a pallet that would take him 1 minute to do it.

  3. The smell of the atmosphere at this location could pass for a farm with 100 yards of mulch. The workers are easily the most ratchet from cashiers to the bootleg security who just did time in the pen. I’d give zero if I could. Good luck finding help in this place too, you’ll be searching longer for help than your own item. Unless you’re going to get a sausage sandwich in the lot , stay away by all means .

  4. Edit: Pickup time improved

    Delivery partner review. Most of my Home Depot orders go smooth and quickly but my last pickup here the employees just had me waiting a long time for no reason. They didn’t want to come up to me and tell me that they couldn’t fulfill the order. Seemed like they just wanted to waste my time. That’s pretty rude and unprofessional especially after a distinctly positive experience the time before. People have busy lives and things to do. I’ll update this rating if I notice improvement.

  5. Most dysfunctional home depot I’ve experienced. People stealing your shopping cart every time you turn your head. Almost all the merchandise is in locked cages and there are no sales associates around to open them. Walked in for one thing and it took me 20 minutes to get it unlocked. Some of the associates are also the type to talk down to you like you shouldn’t be doing the project you’re doing because you look inexperienced. What’s the point of a home improvement store if there’s nobody there to make it work?

    Worst Home Depot ever. This store is a joke. If you fine something online and it’s says below 10 count. Don’t bother going there before it’s not available. Plus, there is never any associates to help. They just stand around and act like they are busy. I really really don’t like this store. Customers waiting in the isle after several announcements. It’s a joke here.

    Be aware the parking lot is very poorly lit after dark. The parking lot lighting needs to be completely redone it’s from the ’80s. It appears that sometimes it’s very difficult to get help in this store. I remember one specific time when I waited 25 minutes after at least four employees paged someone to come out and help no one ever came. No it’s never consistent.

    Always a good time. I love to check the oops paint, where you can find a 50.00 gallon of paint for 9.00. I always make sure to stock up on all my Zep cleaning products, which are reasonably priced, and do a great job.

    Customer service here was Terrible. This was my first time coming to this store the lack of help and care for customers was horrible from my experience. I will never be coming here again. Only one person helped me and that was a very polite young lady.

    Came here to return stuff just to rebuy it and put it on my Home Depot credit card and the lady wouldn’t do it. Even though I was just here yesterday she said I needed all the stuff. How would she know if I really bought it. Like seriously I have the receipt that should be enough proof. It’s also an anxiety attack waiting to happen why are all the staff just standing at the customer service desk. Go do some work wasted my time coming here.
