What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. As much as I like going to this Home Depot and as very nice as they are, I am a little disappointed. I am desperately trying to make a certain type of stand for a vintage traffic light (see attached) and I have no clue where to start or where to look. Third time they’re trying to get help and all I get from them is “Try isle 17/34/. Electrical, plumbing etc… ”=

There are some folks that have no clue on stuff like that and could really use some guidance. Guess I am one of them

  2. As a long-time shopper at Home Depot, I have noticed a significant decline in the checkout process in recent years. Despite being a frequent visitor to the store, I have found that the lines are consistently slow and often frustratingly so.

The issue of long lines seems to be due to a combination of factors, including understaffing at the registers, a high volume of shoppers, and the slow speed of the checkout process itself. It is not uncommon for me to wait in line for 20-30 minutes or more, even when there are multiple registers open.

In addition to the long lines, I have also noticed that the staff at the registers can be uninterested and unhelpful, which only adds to the frustration of the checkout process.

It’s a shame that the checkout process has become such a hindrance, as I have always been a fan of the wide variety of products and competitive prices offered at Home Depot. However, the slow and often frustrating checkout process is making it more difficult for me to justify shopping there.

Overall, while I have been a loyal customer of Home Depot for many years, I can no longer ignore the consistently slow checkout process. Until they can find a way to address this issue, I may have to start looking for alternative options for my home improvement needs.

  3. I love my new toilet. The cost was within my budget and I met a plummer who charged me within my budget. My new toilet was properly installed.

  4. used to be the go-to place with their knowledgeable sales associates that often had field experience. unfortunately, like just about every other employer the good employees have left. Don’t bother going prime time on Saturdays

  5. Worst customer service, one cashier a line of people for tool rental or rentals in general the audacity to blame you for being late for your reservation when you were waiting to be waited on. There should be proper training… no need for an attitude when you should of called for help in your department

The forklift guy from this home depot is the worse. He made me wait 1h to lower a pallet that would take him 1 minute to do it.

Has a lot of the things one would need, but they really need to work on presenting the store as presentable for the customer’s sanity and safety. We had to crawl over pallets just to get to what we needed to buy because none of the employees came back to help when we requested over the loud speaker with an older female employee. After similar things happening in our past visits, I would not go to this location again until they straighten up their store.

Most dysfunctional home depot I’ve experienced. People stealing your shopping cart every time you turn your head. Almost all the merchandise is in locked cages and there are no sales associates around to open them. Walked in for one thing and it took me 20 minutes to get it unlocked. Some of the associates are also the type to talk down to you like you shouldn’t be doing the project you’re doing because you look inexperienced. What’s the point of a home improvement store if there’s nobody there to make it work?

Edit: Pickup time improved Delivery partner review. Most of my Home Depot orders go smooth and quickly but my last pickup here the employees just had me waiting a long time for no reason. They didn’t want to come up to me and tell me that they couldn’t fulfill the order. Seemed like they just wanted to waste my time. That’s pretty rude and unprofessional especially after a distinctly positive experience the time before. People have busy lives and things to do. I’ll update this rating if I notice improvement.

The smell of the atmosphere at this location could pass for a farm with 100 yards of mulch. The workers are easily the most ratchet from cashiers to the bootleg security who just did time in the pen. I’d give zero if I could. Good luck finding help in this place too, you’ll be searching longer for help than your own item. Unless you’re going to get a sausage sandwich in the lot , stay away by all means .
