  1. It was great I was there buying material and hardware to build my own custom movie cabinet with two sections I will post pictures of the finished product. I came back to edit this post with the finished product of my project with the things I brought from here. I hope you all enjoy.

Love this store its very well stock with a variety of different products from lumber, paint, plumbing products, bathroom accesories, kitchen, gardening, lightning, hardware, floring and a lot more. I just cant think of all. Its a very complete store. Its got variety of product so you cancompare and find your best option. Offers very convenient curve side pick up options or delivery. Customer service gets a three, people do offer help proactively, but sometimes I get some associates that seem annoyed or at check out the clerks just hate their lifes and that gets a three. Prices are competitive and they do have a website that offers an accurate list of products and even tells where to find tgem at the store. Their hours are very convenient are open mostly all day during day time. Most covid restrictions lifted dont have to worry about wearing a mast here. Just your own pedsonal prevention and thats it.

  4. Boom lift rental. I would think as much as Home Depot charges to rent their equiptment, they could afford to keep everything serviced properly. Spent $350 to rent a 35ft boom lift that would not hold a charge. Tried to exchange it but they didn’t have another 35ft only 50ft and wanted to charge me an additional $150 for it. Told them to just give me a refund and they only gave me a partial refund.

  5. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO DELIVERIES! My mom purchased a refrigerator on 5/26 and delivery date was scheduled for today, 6/3 between 4-8pm. When my mom gave her cell info at the store the clerk said it belonged to someone else and asked for a land line number instead. So 6:45 comes and nothing, tried calling to find out info and can’t get a live person, because the wait time was too long, tracking of her delivery through text wasn’t working. My mom walks to her window and sees a truck leaving. No one rang the doorbell, knocked on the door or CALLED TO SAY THEY WERE OUT FRONT!! JUST LEFT and when my mom tried text messaging why they didn’t deliver it, the customer service representative, through text said if they can’t verify when they call before the come, they DONT DELIVER!! SO NOW MY MOM IS GIVEN A NEW DELIVERY DATE OF A WEEK OUT AND THE EMAIL SAID THE DELIVERY TIME WOULD BE FROM 1AM-12AM!! SO 16 DAYS WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR BECAUSE NO ONE COULD KNOCK ON THE DOOR OR CALL TO SAY THEY ARE OUT FRONT IS RIDICULOUS! ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

    Well, this is sad. What used to be nice thriving store has become a dump. I ask three different people for help. None of them could help me. They gave me information that was useless. The aisles are junky, with stuff strewn everywhere. The parking lot does not have a light on after dark. One entrance was completely closed off. Aisles are blocked off with no one working in the aisle . It’s just a complete disaster. Very sad.

    I’m a very happy custom that’s being coming to this Home Depot for many years and this past year, it’ s being the cleanest I’ve ever seen it , your new Pro Desk guy Michael I think they call him Big Mike is just amazing. Just a little over a year ago this place was so messed up when it came to ordering and trying to pick up the same day, now when I place an order it’s either I’m going to get it or Big Mike will give me a call stating that he don’t have it but he can get it in the next day, he goes above and beyond duty. He not only knows what his job duties are, but he knows what to do in other departments a well. He is very kind and straightforward with kindness. I do a lot of business with this store and I now feel more respected as a customer knowing Big Mike is on the job. This man deserves a merit raise and the store manager should be grateful to have such a nice and understanding young man working in this store. Keep up the good work Big Mike I will continue to do business there and send all my other partners. I appreciate you. Happy Customer

    I’m sorry… I used to absolutely love this store. The people that worked there were kind and considerate and very helpful… “were”. Nowadays, no one cares, if you try to get their attention, they run as fast as they can in the opposite direction, no one knows anything and no one helps you. Today I went in to have two pieces of wood cut. My mistake was trusting the young man who couldn’t care less if I was there or not. When I got home, both pieces were cut incorrectly. It’s just not worth my time anymore. I have two options, I can go to Lowe’s which is closer or I can go to another Home Depot. I guess Lowe’s has a new customer.

    Great place for any gardening needs. I received a money tree and some 🌷 and they are beautiful. I highly recommend this location.

    I’m in this store 3 times per week. Always early mornings. No one greets you. If employees see you in an aisle, they will not acknowledge you. During peak season for all things garden/lawn/outdoors, they are never open in that area (until late morning),.which forces you to load your soil, mulch, plants, rocks, etc… And then push them through the store to a self checkout register. No one has guest service skills.. they all have avoidant skills. Aisles are somewhat organized and clear, but you will have to hunt someone down for ANY type.of assistance. It’s not as large or diverse in products, but Ace Hardware acknowledges me, they assist me without needing to ask and I’m out in a much faster time.
