They were advertising ” All Levi’s buy onr get one free” nowhere did it say clearance items were not part of the deal. After shopping for 2 hours and finding what we needed, we went to checkout to be told that one of the items were clearance and not part of the sale. We got both of the items from the same rack with signs that said “Buy one get one free”. When the manager named “Maykal” came he was extremely rude, speaking in an extremely loud and rude manner to my mother.after we told him that both of the items were on the same area and the “clearance” item wasn’t marked, he proceeded to tell us that it “Wasn’t their fault”. Terrible service, no sense of respect to people. He was raising his voice and refused to own up to the mistakes. Unacceptable, if I could give zero stars I would.
Now this is one store that really came down a whole few notches. Look like hurricane went through the place in it half the displays. And then we asked for bamboo sheets as a gift for someone and they said they had them but nothing on the shelves and way overpriced. Went online and could get bamboo sheets for 1/3 to cost of premium sheets. Watch out for the gouging folks.
Found a few shirts that I needed for work. Employees were willing to go out of their way to check in the back for additional colors and sizes.

Oh boy. If I could put zero stars, I would. Came with my elderly mother to shop for pants. Plus size women’s wear is upstairs. The ONLY fitting room is ACROSS the store. So, my elderly mom had to carry whatever she could to the fitting rooms (thankfully I was there to help because there were NO salespeople) and she needed different sizes. Ugh. No salesperson but plenty of STOCK people who just point. The store is an absolute mess. Dirty. Floor stained. 10:00 in the morning with soda cups, trash, etc. strewn around. And when we finally found the fitting rooms… trash, hangers, used barrettes, simply unacceptable. And JCPenney wonders why they are failing. Oh, then there’s the product. You want my 80 year old mom to wear torn, faded skinny jeans??? What???!!!! We’re done.
Great sales. Huge selection of shoes and clothes! Love the fact that the Easter bunny shows up for photo ops on the days leading to Easter and Santa for the days leading to Christmas.
