But that’s not all. The employee in charge was extremely unfriendly and could not form any service-oriented sentences. No hello, no friendly explanation, instead sentences like: “I can’t split myself up here”. “Fill in the form” or appointment? Everyone wants to test here. Particularly noteworthy is the absolute family friendliness, from pregnancy to childhood you can get really great products there. There are small horses for children that they can ride through the shop and are always welcome there. When I went to this pharmacy yesterday I would be very well advised these things I bought helped me a lot. Thank you for that I will always come back to this pharmacy. Very friendly staff.
Actually a very nice pharmacy, I have always felt very well advised and find the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, I had to experience the day how an employee dealt with an elderly lady and the tone in which she spoke to her. The elderly lady kept apologizing. she had forgotten to say that she would like to buy something else besides her prescription. And I don’t see that as a reason to treat someone like that. I find this manner inappropriate. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like that there and that’s what makes me so sad. So far I have always found the interaction with the older people to be good and respectful.
Therefore a star deduction.
Otherwise I can recommend the whole team.
