In the end I left satisfied with bags in hand. Ross may not be my go-to store but a properly stocked one can provide in a pinch. Give them a try during early morning hours. They were busy putting clothes away while one girl working the register was holding the line by herself. I worked in retail for 6 years, so I get it, clothes need to get back on the racks. But if you have three girls up there gabbing away and talking about how hard they’re working, why don’t one of them jump on one of the registers and help out with the line? The red-haired girl on the register (I didn’t catch her name) was very nice though and gave me a senior discount (even though I’m under 30, haha) so I appreciated that! I love to check the accent pieces, children’s clothes, candles, artwork and jewelry. This time I found three dresses for my granddaughter. Also got her Jean’s and designer slip on shoes. My daughter only liked one of the dresses when I forwarded a photo, so that’s what I purchased. Today it was so unorganized, all dressing rooms were locked, and the cashier was so rude. She wanted us to track down items that matched ours because they didn’t have tags, as if we worked there. Ross is absolutely my favorite clothing place to shop at, every time I see a ross I always go to look because every store has different items in every part of the country! Workers are always nice and the prices are to die for!
Pleasantly surprised by Ross after some disappointing past experiences. Much more organized and a terrific selection of pretty much everything.
I went in for a pair of workout shorts and walked out with a belt, some kitchen items, undershirts and an athletic tank top. Very reasonable prices, too.
I was charged for an item but when I went to check, the item was not in my bag. This is the second time this has happened at this same store with the same cashier. She first speaks to another employee, then proceeds to do things that are sneaky. These employees need a meeting on ethical behavior. Both times I spent over $150, but I will not be returning ever.
