I used to love Ross but I cannot say the same for recent visits over the past few months. You now have to wait in line to enter our local Portland stores. They have teenage security in numbers walking around in small groups chatting, one cashier with long lines, maybe 2 on a good day. I understand the high theft area but more cashier’s would be great. Oh, they will no longer let customers use the restroom at specific locations such as the one one on 82nd. The one in Gresham now allows it depending on the day. Great values but that is about it.
Needed some gift cards for children whom I have no idea their sizes, style preferences, or what interests are. Great place to give a gift card to let them have the freedom to choose a gift. Cashier handled the transaction for multiple cards accurately and speedily.
The clothes were ugly and looked worn out. The hangers are all squished up it’s a battle trying to take a look at anything. The store was a mess. I was there for 2 hours and left without finding anything I liked.
Great place to find discounted clothing for the whole family! Busy and lots of workers to help out, but it was a payday weekend. Recommended!
