  1. I went to this Brentwood location this morning around 9am they had nobody at the register at all the Security guard was looking for someone after standing for 5 minutes I left the store so unprofessional to have more people on the floor then the register

  2. I was searching for Christmas items on sale and there was a large selection of ceramic decorations on sale. A lot of items were at least 50% off or more. The store was clean and the staff was helpful. The store wasn’t over crowded and I picked up other items that were heavily discounted as well.

  3. Stop by Ross yesterday just to browse, when I stumbled across these items 2 which where on the clearance rack. I Love 💘 shopping at Ross. Still love shopping at Ross!!! Was there today 6/4 looking for some last minute items for my upcoming cruise on 6/6, was able to find everything except 1 item 🥺.

First time going to this store didn’t get a chance to buy my items because they had someone following me threw the store then when I turned my head and walk a lil more down the aisle there person took my cart a hid with it yes 🤣 hid with it. My friend said when he entered the store looking for me security was at the front yelling who cart is this and the lady was standing there at the jewelry center they need to talk to their employees about running threw the store taking the carts before people can buy the items won’t visit this one again they some kind of 🤣😧🤣😧 crazy

  5. Why do these stores not keep clean in our neighborhoods? It is dirty every time I come here. Look at all this trash blowing around the door like tumbleweed. The wall is dirty. Pressure washing is too cheap.

    The sales woman was very friendly! I had bought a silver bangle from Ross Simon on line. It was beautiful but it was not able to smoothly go over my hand. I asked to have it returned to the warehouse. She took care of everything and told me I would have my money in 6 to ten business days. After that transaction I bought myself another Cape Cod silver bangle. I love it even more than the one I sent back!

    I had concerns about a ring I ordered online that I believed was incorrect when receiving it because of the size of the band was much smaller than the description. The salesman argued with me because he said they don’t make the rings, they order them. I explained that customer service asked that I call the store and he just happened to answer. He HUNG UP ON ME! How rude…so I called back and he didn’t answer, some gal answered. Very, very POOR customer service. I regret not getting his name so I could mention him in this message.

    Ross Simons Jewelry Store is a fine place to look at jewelry with your wife. We went there recently to shop for a nice ring for my wife’s 60th birthday but in the end we didn’t find anything we really liked or fit the occasion. The clerk explained to us that in this modern day and age, most Ross Simons Jewelry Stores have closed down and most of their business is now transacted on the internet. This is not a surprise. The store was clean and nice and the person we dealt with was very professional and nice. We will continue to shop for that special piece and will return to the Washington Street Jewelery District in Boston, Massachusetts next.

    My Fiancé bought me a beautiful highway diamond ring for my birthday. The ring is stunning. About a month after I received it one of the diamonds fell out. I called this store and they said they would order me a new one, size 7, as I asked for and returned. A size 6 was shipped to them by mistake. I understand mistakes happen. I live almost an hour from the store so I called and spoke to Joe and he assured me that a size 7 was ordered and delivered. I drove all the way there , and I am disabled so this was not an easy thing to do, to exchange it and when I got there it was a size 6. Instead of apologizing for their error, Joe denied talking to me. I then spoke with Mark, who kept trying to convince me that the size 6 was really a a 7 even though he could clearly see it didn’t fit me. After quite a while I convinced him to get the sizer out and measure it, which it was indeed the wrong size. And to make it worse, they treated me horribly, and I felt discriminated against due to my appearance. I was not dressed up and I looked bad. I am very ill and I still drove the entire way, only to leave with nothing. They also wanted me to leave my damaged ring with them and said they have nothing to give me as a receipt. There was no way I was leaving a $700 ring with them without proof. They also said they had the ring at the corporate office, 5 minutes away, and nobody would go get it. I finally received the new ring today, thanks to Joanne in customer service at corporate, who was kind and helpful. But I have never received such bad treatment or dealt with rudder people in my life at a store that prides itself in customer service. Although they have beautiful Jewelry, and I love my ring, and have nothing against Ross Simon, I will never set foot in this store again, and I advise anyone who is shopping for jewelry to do the same.
