    Today my service was fast and freidily I was helped quickly and was able to find exactly what I was looking for after some deliberation. Not a perfect experience but definitely not a terrible one either 4/5 would recomend this franchise ace location to someone.

  2. Always easy and fast when I go to Westlake. The staff is always friendly and almost everyone is knowledgeable in all things in the store. Try asking the older employees for the best information. I’m there quite often and my son loves going there too!

  4. Very disappointed that the clerk was unable to cut me a key. He thought my blank that I had was the key that he was supposed to cut after assuring me he knew what he was doing as he was previously working for a locksmith! I told him that I was looking and had come to ACE because they could use the old fashioned machine to cut my key. He didn’t know how to do that either.

  5. After reading about all the good customer service, I think I must of caught everyone on a bad day. I had never been in the store before and I asked one person where something was located, she looked at me like I was stupid and I was interrupting her. Then the cashier was abrupt and not at all friendly. The store gets 2 stars for having what I wanted and being clean and well organized. I would give 0 stars for customer service.

    Edit: I went back and everyone was very helpful. Like I said before it must have just been a bad day.

    Ace never lets me down! I am a plant lover, and I’ve gone here several times looking for plants I couldn’t find at Home Depot or my local Wal-Mart. Their standard prices are a bit higher than I like to pay, but the deep clearance at the end of the season more than makes up for it. They have a good selection of well-maintained plants that will add beauty and variety to your garden, but not many trees. Inside, the store is efficient. It’s like Aldi vs. Kroger. Hope this helps!

    Again, I go into Westlake Ace Hardware and again it happens. What always happens. Every time I go into this store, I am greeted by someone who asks if they can help me. And, again, they walk with me and help me find exactly what fits. If you spend any time in a big box store, walking around looking for an employee, then I know you would appreciate the personal service found here. Good job Ace Hardware!

    I have to hand it to these people. They are better stocked, better staffed and WAY more knowledgeable then Home Depot. Prices are pretty fair (actually less on the one hard to find fitting I needed). The people here are friendly which ultimately is why I look forward to coming here. Unlike my dreaded visits to HD. Good job guys!

    I will preface this with I really want to like this store, I really do. That said, this is 2023 and if your website and store can’t agree on product that’s a huge problem. I needed some pool supplies and came across the Ace website that showed the chemical I needed was in stock and priced right at this location. At this point I make the drive and after arriving the pool supply section is void of most product. After spending way too much time to find an associate, they look up the same product from the website that shows in stock and available for pickup as cancelled and not stocked. Fortunately this is not a far drive and there was an alternative available, albeit at 40% higher cost. Lastly, the tap to pay was not working. It’s a nice store with those specialty products you won’t see anywhere else, but don’t trust the website for inventory of products or pricing.

    Very friendly and helpful staff. They have people at the front to help direct you to the right part of the store. They also had people around the store as well to help find things. The store also had a nice open feel and was clean and well organized
