  1. I know we are in a crisis right now, but that store was absolutely disgusting. Everything, everywhere. The cashier was making no attempt to straighten it up in down time. I wasn’t even greeted upon entry. First time, and it will surely be my last! Believe me, there is so much more that could be said about my 5 minute visit. SMH

  2. I’m giving them 5 stars based on their customer service. The ladies that work there are extremely nice and helpful!!. They do need more Staffing tho because their shelves are never full. It seems as if they have never ending stock that they never have time to finish putting up.

    The male manager there tonight 3/5/23 has some of the worst customer service I have seen in awhile. He was no where to be found when the cashier was looking for him, he is argumentative, disrespectful, and laughs at customers. The women cashier who was there should definitely be promoted into his position. She is everything that man is not.

    I saw Barnard pull up and walk up , when I answer the door Bernard was very professional and introduced himself and explained what he would be doing and ask if I had any concerns. After completing service Bernard once again explained to me what service he performed and what to expect in the next few weeks. Thank you for sending Bernard

    Customer service is pretty good for the most part. However, one of the concerns with this location is out of code/expired food and drinks. I purchased some sodas here on Valentine’s Day and got home to realize that the soda had expired and had an expiration date of 11/2020. Also purchased some candy for my kiddos and it too had expired on 12/02/2020. Unacceptable!

    The women working at this location need raises. I really don’t think leadership understands the type of customers that frequent this particular Dollar General. One cashier was verbally berated by a customer and she responded by throwing stuff at him and kicking him outta the store. But I guarantee you she deals with rude people like that on a regular basis, which explains why her fuse was so short. Y’all wonder why you can’t keep employees and it’s because of stuff like this, leadership is doing nothing to correct it.
