  1. My wife ordered a grill online. When she got there to pick it up they tried to give her one that was all scratched and dented. Then no one would help her load the grill into her vehicle. Luckily two other female customers helped her. We wanted one that wasn’t assembled but they only had assembled ones available. Half the bolts and screws were not tight on it. They had parts mounted backwards as seen in the pictures. Pathetic Home Depot. Terrible Customer Service.

  2. The customer service is horrible. I ordered a vanity light and mirror and selected ship to store. I never received any updates. I had to call the store daily until the products arrived. I sent someone to pick up the items they were all given the vanity light. I had to go back to the store to get the mirror, only to realize when I got home it was broken. Curbside pick up is a joke. I’ll still with Lowes

  3. Love the selection of dining room lighting. Selection was quick and easy. Self-checkout was fast and the associate was very helpful. Love that they offer a military discount!!!

  5. This is the absolute worst store to order from online. If you need delivery seek a different path. I cannot recommend that any more! I ordered a patio door that sat in the store for three weeks after they failed to deliver it, and failed to reschedule until I called. I called to have it rescheduled, got it rescheduled for delivery, and then they failed to deliver it once again. Then they wanted to reschedule the delivery for a third time, and I decided to seek a different path. Save yourself the drama and go somewhere else. I could not be any more irritated.

    The gentleman that helped us was very nice and helpful. We purchased a big Husky toolbox with wooden top, to use as our new island in our kitchen. Even though it is big it actually gives you more space cause it stores so so much. Thank you to everyone at Home Depot that helped and made this transaction go very smooth.

    First time at this Home Depot. I was not disappointed. Customer service was fantastic and the store was remarkably clean. I went to hardware and tools to look at routers and while perusing their various routers a young man came to offer help (I think his name was Darren?) I didn’t need assistance, as I knew what I was looking for, he was courteous and helpful with his suggestions and seemed to genuinely like his job and was knowledgeable. I absolutely will be shopping at this one more often. Even if it’s out of the way to do so.

    If you need help with anything in any department they’ve got the employees available. They’re knowledgeable and know they’re inventory and products. Even the garden center employees know they’re horticulture and gardening. They don’t disappoint. Love The Home Depot. Buy all my seasonal plants and flowers and everytime I have questions, and employee has an answer.

    Went to pick up something we paid for two days before at the lumber area. Guy behind desk on phone waited an waited just wanted to ask where to go to pick it up. You would thank wehecould take a second and help since he was the same guy we paid. But no. So we goto service desk an they tell us our order was canceled. Scheduled for refund. But thanks to a very nice manager we find our stuff still on the shelf an get it loaded. But I will not be doing business there again. When someone can’t take five minutes to answer a simple question.

    I’ll be honest I usually shop at Lowes because it’s closer to where I live. That being said I am tired of poor service, and them just constantly screwing the pooch at every turn. Stopped in your store today to buy lumber. Had several associates check to see if I needed anything. They helped me load my lumber both on the cart and on my trailer. Everyone friendly and offered to help. I was pleasantly surprised. I’ll be back for sure. In a time when customer service seems to be a thing of the past you guys and gals did excellent.
