  1. Hey Home Depot, I can’t be the only customer that finds it frustrating that there are no lumber carry carts available for customers in your store. They are all sitting full of stuff for curbside… this is a poor system. I mentioned this to two employees and neither of them seemed to care.

  2. What more is there to say, it is home Depot. Definitely nothing crazy, but found some vanity fixtures for my bathroom. Price well too, and not too far off from online pricing for certain items. As well as some other stuff I couldn’t find online, at the time they had sales on workstation sinks which I posted a photo of. I do plan to purchase one from home Depot for which I do not know. However this specific home Depot is a little smaller than my local, so finding things a little bit more difficult as I’m used to the bigger layout. But overall fairly well thought-out once you figure it out.

  3. The Home Depot is my “Go to”. I use many different locations, as required by work. The staff is very helpful and friendly. With the wonderful app they have, I know exactly where I’m going to find what I need before I get there. There’s a map of each store in the app.

  4. Another trip to Home Depot – can you imagine that?? this time we were picking out pebbles for a rock garden for the “Wall of Wings” being built at Violet’s Garage in Historic Downtown Kissimmee. It’s taking shape – thanks to the pebbles!

  5. The man working the kids workshop should not be working anywhere near kids. His name started with an A and he was extremely rude. This
    is the second time we’ve come to do the kids workshop and we will not be returning. Both times the same man was working and both time’s extremely rude with a bad attitude. Not only is he rude to the customers and the kids, I witnessed him being rude to the women he was working the workshop with. The woman was very kind and total opposite of that guy.

    The plant area needs to be better taken cared of. It was saddening seeing the state they are keeping the plants in. Many plants were dead, fallen over and had their pots overfilled with water. They even stacked a bunch of plants on top of each other. While there 3 orchids that were on a top shelf in pots fell from the wind next to a lady. The pots shattered. That could have hurt someone. It wasn’t more windy than usual or anything. Also we inquired if we could get the orchids that fell at a discount the answer was no that they will be returned to the manufacture. We watched the employees put the orchids in trash bags along with the broken pots… the lack of respect for plants shown here was appalling. Also the cashier at the plants area was talking on the phone via her AirPods while checking me out…

    NOTE: This review is for the Garden Center section only; I never went inside the main building. Easy access from several major Orlando neighborhoods off of Colonial Drive / Route 50, but tucked far off the road so it can be initially difficult to find, this Home Depot Garden Center was a pleasure to shop at, even on a sunny and busy Saturday. Ample parking in its on lot…some spaces are even shaded! Easy access to the Garden Center entrance. We’ll stocked and cared for merchandise! Easy checkout. Carts were also easy to come by. Highly recommended.

    Opened up a credit card to take up an offer to buy a fridge. Their third party delivery is atrociously rude and played games. After the second unsuccessful attempt at a delivery due to the fridge being totally beat up, I get contacted by the manufacturer that there is a shortage of the fridge and my delivery was pushed back til the next month. I then decide to go ahead and cancel the order. Getting the refund on the credit card balance has been a whole separate nightmare. Never again! It was definitely an experience that I had to live to believe. Getting it from a scratch and dent is almost better as you are guaranteed to get that exact item delivered. Buyer beware!

    Edward from the appliances department is an amazing employee. He took his time answering all my questions. He never made me fell rush and he was going the extra mile to help me out. I had to buy all of my appliances and thanks to him a had a better idea of what I needed. Thank you so much Edward for all your help. Very professional. He deserves a raise because I never found an employee with his amazing attituded to help customers.
