  1. Something about Home Depot makes me feel safe and comforted. The smell of the lumber when walking in, the hundreds of light fixtures hanging, all kinds of tools, the wide variety of plants, and overall the resources for any project imaginable. I frequent this Home Depot, usually to pick up orders my dad has placed and wants me to get. The countless number of projects and things we’ve built is due to this fine establishment. This is where I get my wood, lighting, plants, tools, hardware, paint supplies, and everything else home improvement. Recently I went to get new plants to liven up my house and I can say once again I am blown away by the selection. All my plants are good hardy and healthy and I would expect nothing less from the Home Depot. I highly highly recommend coming here for anything related to home improvement.

  2. Came here looking for a few things. The workers were super friendly and informative. The store was clean and organized but there was a few wet spots on the floors. I love the sales. We bought a window and the ladies that helped we soo sweet. The price when checking out was 105 but the actual was 84. The check out lady corrected and was very cool about it! Super cool store. Definitely recommend this store! Thanks so much!

  3. I was going to give this HD 1 star but they do have a good selection. But.. the girl that was helping us up front was extremely rude. Idk why she was very short with us and not helpful at all. Her name is Maddie and she was acting like we were going to steal the ring cameras.. Me and my wife still spent 1000$ on home security stuff, only bc we are tight on time. I won’t be returning to this store again

She helped pick out the right paint, and used her knowledge to guide us to the right choices and gave some of the best customer service we could’ve imagined. Thank you for being so kind, peppy, and committed!!! This location has some of the friendliest employees, which is why we will not go anywhere else. If you’re contemplating going to Lowe’s…. Don’t, Home Depot on Old fort parkway is the best of the best!!!

  5. I always have a great experience at Home Depot! Their quality of wood is excellent. I find the employees very helpful and happy to help. Seems like they always have what we want in stock. Great location as well, easy to get to.

    We had carpet installed this morning, I have to say everything was exceptional. From Jack who initially helped us at the store, to the young lady who came out to measure, and finally the guys that came to install…. I’m blown away. I’m a contractor myself, I know how hard it can be to coordinate these things. We actually tried Lowe’s first (closer), couldn’t even get a call back. Very satisfied with the work!

    Every time I walk in there I am just astounded by the amount of products that are in that store. I have never been to a Home Depot and not found what I am looking for. The staff are always there to help if you have any specific questions. The self checkouts are always open and easy to use. Definitely a must go!

    As far as Home Depot’s go, this one is one of my preferred locations. They have everything you need and the associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing I will say is that their items are scattered. Today, I was looking for one of those chain locks for a door and couldn’t find one in the usual “hardware” section. They had everything but that. I ask a nice lady and she tells me if it’s not in hardware then it’ll be in the very back of the store in aisle 23 in the “doors” section. Sure enough, there they were. I thought that was a bit weird but I’m not the manager so who am I to say what goes where. Anyways, four stars, will be returning.

    Left point A to to go to point B because the website showed 32 of an item in stock. I go to this store specifically because their competitor does not carry this product. Arrive and product is not on shelf nor in overhead. I waited patiently for assistance for them to walk over and tell me exactly what I had already deduced. They have the exact same product in a lesser amount but it’s 10 times the amount to purchase in a smaller package. You get 11 yards for $22 or 1 yard for $10. I needed a full roll for the job that I’m completing. The associate said that there was nothing she could do to help and walked off. I’m out the cost of gas, labor, and still dont have what I need to complete this job without driving all the way to the next store. Awesome 😎

    Everything seems fine .I got what I was after and went to self check out and there were several complaining about that .but they were helping customers..I didn’t see no other check out .they may have to keep one old lane open for a day or two till us old people are gone a lot refuse to go with the electronic -pc .I’m fine with it but I understand it may cost them a few sales. I hope not. Idk.
