  1. Great khols to go to. It has everything well organized and is clean and well stocked. You can drop off Amazon returns here, it’s towards the back of the place, there are signs for you to follow. Wish they had more than one person doing Amazon returns in a store this size though.

  2. Purchased a wireless charger there prior to the new year. 2 days ago it melted on my desk at work. Went to return it and asking for an exchange and was informed they don’t accept electronic returns after 30 days. It appears to me they don’t stand behind their merchandise and I for one will never buy electronics here again.

    I must be a glutton for punishment. The picture attached shows a line about 50 yards long. Not including the 20 yards in front of me. Only 2 cashier’s working. 4 people at returns with no line at all. Insane!

  3. I like how easy it is to order online and then just go pick up in the store. It would be even better if the pickup was near the front of the store instead of being in the back corner of the store. Nice to not have to shop in person and complete pickup thru the phone without having to talk to anyone

  4. This store needs a new manager? Always a mess?, I’m in a wheelchair and hard to get through most aisles by myself, with items, in the aisles? Not a very good selection of women’s clothes or pajamas shelves always messed up and hard to find my size with everything a mess? Clean this store up! Get it straightened up! Or I’ll straight shopping some where else

  5. If your thinking of applying don’t. I set up a interview for a wednesday and they called to interview me on a Tuesday.
    I gave my availability on my application and clearly she (AGM) didnt go over it because when I told her over the phone it was “we no longer need to go further with the interview” and hung up.
    Very rude, when I spoke about my experience with another company-as support team and how flexible I am, willing to work in many departments i was met with “but what do you do?” I felt like I had to keep repeating myself and she didnt take the time to go over my application or take the time to listen to me over the phone.
    Don’t waste your time if this post doesn’t scare you their reviews of the store should.

    I was treated very rudely by the fitting room attendant. She hollered at me three times not to bring the cart in. I left it by the door so I could transfer the clothes to a fitting room. I am operating with one arm and this was the easiest. I then moved the cart. And if this wasn’t bad enough I then had to listen to her and a coworker bashing the people they work with. Very unprofessional. I wanted to speak to a manager but was too upset. So I left.

    Seasonal sales and items availability have been exceptional anytime we’ve visited this Kohls. The customer service staff members have been professional and very friendly too, and that has been the case for as long as I can recall over the past 8 years. Their sales and clearance prices are good but when I add on their coupons for up to 30 percent off, I often wonder how they even turn a profit anymore…not my problem but definitely will take the savings anytime I can get them. We are grateful that this store is on our commute to and from work!

    I have LOVED this store until the last two order experiences. The first order they cancelled saying they didn’t have it, but when I walked into the store there were over 20 of the items I ordered sitting by the register. . Today was by far the worst experience EVER. I went into pick up and a gal named SHELLEY came to help me. I explained my first experience and she replied, you can’t expect perfection when we get over 3000 orders a day. I commented that you could just say I’m sorry about your experience. She said, what did you say. I said nevermind, talking to myself. She then said, I don’t need to say sorry for that and I won’t. I asked her for my bin number and told her I didn’t desire her help anymore. She replied, good, don’t want to help someone like you. I asked for her name ..she approaches very aggressively to show me her badge. I went to customer service asking for a manager…they said Shelley can help me. I told them I don’t desire help from her again. They tell .e she’s not usually like that. I said she’s hateful. Shelley interjects into the conversation that she’s getting the manager. I briefly described to the manager what happened while shaking and crying. I’m so upset someone can make you feel so uncomfortable. I won’t come back to this store EVER if she’s retaining employment. There was NOTHING that warranted that treatment. As a representative of a store, you should apologize to a customer on behalf of the store …there was no reason for the hostility, aggression and absolute hatefulness. If your having a bad day, go take a breathe, but don’t treat people like that.
