  1. This is my face Kohl’s. Everything is clean, the employees are always so generous about my purchases and offers to help me save $, and I never get followed or feel like I’m profiled because of my complexion. I really like this location a lot.

  2. They had a great sale. Loved that they have a plus size section clearly displayed along with a great selection. It was very late but the cashiers customer service was excellent. She called me over to her station because registers were closed, greeted us, was very helpful and had a great smile the entire transaction. I’d definitely go back and I’m not really into shopping. Thank you.

  3. Once upon a time, Kohl’s was a great place to find decent work clothes without overspending. That was then. This is now.

    Customer Service means nothing to the employees of this location.

    To start with, I walked up and got in line at the service desk, watching 4 cashiers helping 4 customers. After a while, one customer was finished, and I was ready to be called forwards. She locked her register and walked away. At this point there are 3 people in line, waiting.

    The next cashier finishes with a customer. She’s within 4 feet of me as she’s finishing up the customer, and another associate walks up. She greets him with bright eyes and multiple words as she locks her register, walks 10 feet away with him to have a convo while they pretend to tidy the racks.

    The THIRD cashier locked her register and walked away, leaving us in line staring in surprise and dismay. At this point it’s been over 10-15 minutes in line.

    Finally I’m called forwards, only to be laughed at and told I was in the wrong place. I said it would help if they posted signs saying where to go for Amazon Returns.

    I was berated by the cashier for telling them there were no directions to the amazon drop off. She insisted I was wrong. I told her she was mistaken as I walked away. She HOLLARED at me across the store, telling me I was wrong, TWICE.

    To say I won’t return is an understatement.

    And for those who wonder – Amazon returns are in the farthest point away from the doors, wayyyy back, center.

    The photo below is the view at the door I entered from. I found the sign, it was about 9×12″ and posted _behind_ the shelves directly in front of the door.

    It’s bad enough to be frustrated, left in line to wait, watching employees goof off and ignore everyone in line, but to be shouted at, across the store? Really? I wish I’d been a Karen, then I’d be ok with it, but all I said is that it would be nice if they posted signs.

  4. I’m pretty disappointed because they have the same thing at Macy’s and charge the same if not more. I used to love Kohl’s but they are too expensive now for me. Example I was looking for a camping skillet they had 1 at Kohl’s for $80. Same one at Macy’s for same price. Adidas yoga pants at Kohl’s $39. Macy’s clearance rack $12. It was $37.

    I actually really like kohl’s and I find thats its always clean and in order like you see in the magazines. I have found nice suits and dress shoes and also one of my favorites, under armour gear. Kohl’s has a wide selection for all ages and genders.

    I did not find what I was looking for, but I did find a super cute next season outfit on sale that I could not leave the store without. That made my day! I love a super cute outfit and I love a deal, 50% off! I can’t wait for the weather to break so I can wear it. The store was clean and organized, the cashier was nice.

    This is my new favorite location! I have been to the two locations in Troy, but this one is far better. The people are extremely kind. The place is very clean and organized. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was not crowded. We had an Amazon return and made purchases and never waited in a line.

    I have always loved shopping at Kohl’s. This experience I walked in the door and I saw all of the transgender huge displays and turned around and walked back out the door. I don’t care if you sell the stuff, but it shouldn’t hit me in my face when I walk in the door it’s an insult.

    My first time using the self pick up after ordering items on line. Loved the experience cashier was really patient with me I can be child like sometimes when trying new things no long line in and out.
