  1. I was killing time untill dentist appointment. I was greeted with a smile as the lady with brown hair, yellow shirt and brown pants. I thanked her for a cart to use. I had gone to J C. Penny’s but they don’t open until 11am. So, Kohl’s got my money. I was shopping for boys clothes, but always looking for bargain for the grandkids. There bathrooms were clean and stocked. There is a men’s, women’s and family. So, many Christmas stuff on sale it was hard to stay away from this. I did find a shirt and some Christmas ornaments for them. Have to send early since, Spectrum said that parcels should be in the mail by Nov right after Thanksgiving. So, don’t wait. I was 10th in line with 4 registers open, and waited 10 mins. Not bad! I was called over by Carmen and she wrapped each Christmas ornaments separately. This was awesome, thinking of others is a plus in my book. She and I looked for a coupon on my email and that was awesome too! I had a special experience today at Kohl’s. Thank you! Wish we had one closer to my hometown, will have to come back when I go to the dentist again,.

  2. So far my only visit to this store was for Amazon return or pick up order which was bought online. But turns out they have a lot of good clothing, accessories, goods and items and a lot of deals and discounts. Check out some clearance as well. Do not forget the kids section

  3. Huge store and covers such a wide range of clothing and home goods. Varied prices and discounts also available. Ample parking and space. Will need a good amount of time to go through and not miss anything.

  5. I keep coming here because they have an Amazon returns location inside, however, I never find anything worth buying. Their men’s clothing is overpriced and the selection is unimpressive. Many other stores in the area offer more for less. Couldn’t even find a deal in the toys dept for my kids. I predict Kohl’s is going to go the way of Bed, Bath & Beyond

    First prize for worst customer service department ever. One person helping customers and two standing around just talking. The only one that’s helping someone is currently having a conversation with the lady she’s helping about parts of Florida when there are four people in line behind me and she’s just enjoying her conversation, instead of taking care of business, not even making any effort to get other customers helped, would rather gossip with the lady she’s working with???? there’s always poor customer service in this store and usually everything is just a mess like the T-shirt sections are all just unfolded and thrown everywhere and this is just a horrible Kohl’s. I’ve been a Kohl’s card holder for over 20 years and have been in ones all the way across this country. This one just stands out to me more than any others as just being the worst just honestly put.

    I was looking for something specific and they had what I was looking for just not a great selection. I was looking for bobs from Skechers shoes. I did buy two pairs so all is good. Also it was closing time and nobody pushed or shoved us out which was great.

    Shopping and selection is good. Reason I didn’t give 5 stars, was having to go to opposite side of store since many price checking devices didn’t work. Second, there seems to be issues with app, when cashier can’t scan the discount, but as soon as you leave the store, guess what? Then the barcode finally shows on app. Happens every time.

    Horrible customer service! Cashier was cranky and spoke to me in a rude tone. I don’t mind spending money on the quality of the brands that are offered but I can go to Miramar outlets, get the same brands at a reasonable cost and not have to go through the unpleasant experience that the cashier gave me. Not a Fan of Khol’s
