  1. I had a good experience at this Kohl’s location. It is very convenient that you can return Khol purchases from Amazon for FREE, and they PACK it and SHIP it FREE. They give you a coupon after.

    Also the store is really big and have a big variety of clothes. The clearance area is not that clearance price honestly but overall is good. The costumer service is very busy. The employees are helpful this guy helped me find the costumer service area and they’re very fast on costumer service but the lines are still long.

  2. Right after the remodel it was nice. Now however it looks like a flea market. Only 2 registers open up front and side registers were closed. I assume they have a staffing issue.

  3. I’m giving 3 stars because this site is a huge store. I figured it would have a variety of clothing to suit everyone but I discovered that wasn’t the case. I spent too much time searching for something “different”. There are tons of racks with all the same things, just different sizes. Just not the good variety I expected. Small selection of housewares & decor with expensive price tags. Sephora counter but never went into it. I was in store shopping for long time & only spent $24. Ton of athletic clothing but otherwise, I won’t be returning to this store as too much of same shirt & jeans, just different sizes in same color & style. Parking easy though!

  4. Purchase my mom’s Easter outfit. Very clean store. The store floor associate was no help. Not once did she ask if we needed any help. To be honest, the one associate on the side we were on was white. She just walked around the store as if we were invisible. She was walking towards me. No way, she didn’t see me. Then, as she was passing by me, I said, “Excuse me, I’m looking for.” That’s all I said because she kept walking as if she didn’t hear me. She then proceeded over to another white lady and offered help. The old me would have given her a piece of my mind, but the new me ignored the ignorance. The cashier was very friendly, so in the end, someone acknowledged we existed in the store, and mom got a great outfit. This brought a 3 star instead of a 1. Thank your friendly cashier. If you’re looking for bargain shopping for me, this is not the place to go. On sale it was still expensive. Had it not been on sale, I would have exited. It was too expensive for my taste 😄 but mom was well worth it. She was absolutely 💯 beautiful at 85.

    Amazing place and friendly employees! Never had an issue here before, and found beautiful jewelry and dresses on DISCOUNT. Jewelry has been changed away from Sephora. However, right now (8/7/22), there is discounted jewelry there and next to the purses area. Worth checking out for a really great price!! A 50 buck ring is about 9-12 dollars.

    We entered only to return an Amazon package. It appears Kohl’s reorganized! I remember it being sort of “piled” in some areas but not today. It appeared orderly and clean. The Sephora was huge and I don’t remember that being inside. There was no Amazon line so it was a quick in and out! The return staff appeared to be training but that didn’t slow down anything! They were fast and we were in and out! They did offer us the Kohl’s discount for the Amazon return but it didn’t tempt me today. Maybe next time?

    One if the nicer and well kept Kohl’s i have been to. I did find employees working the floor to help Christmas shoppers but still a nice shopping experience.

    Extremely warm in store. Register personnel were slow as sloths. Everything in store is overpriced. Did not have sneakers in my size. Customer service person with blond hair in back of store was friendly and helpful. Was not able to purchase what I wanted do to excessively long & slow lines. Bathroom was closed. Store was messy. One of the entrances was closed & locked. 0 out of 10 will not come here again

    Kohl’s has some great and not so great deals. I feel like there is a steep markup on most of their items and Kohl’s Cash is a gimmick to keep you coming back. If you don’t use it you lose it, and it can’t be used on the same trip. I have bought some very nice items at some really great prices during some of their sales. I have also bought some very nice things on clearance at a good price.
