  1. Check out was fast and the lady that attended to my was gracious.
    I enjoyed my shopping at this store ,great products on display and lots of things to choose from ,furnitures,kitchen wares,toys etc. Location is great too.

  2. Check Your Receipts before leaving the store!

    I visited the store on Westheimer and Dairy Ashford today. During check out the cashier asked if I would like to donate to charity and I said no. Later when I checked my receipt I saw that I was charged for the donation anyway. It was only a dollar so I didn’t go back to have the error corrected, but since this is a matter of principle I am filing a complaint against the incident. I don’t know if the cashier did it on purpose or made a careless mistake, but management needs to remind their cashiers to be mindful.

    * I tried visiting their website to file a complaint but the kept on getting an error message when submitting.

  3. This is probably one of the worst Marshalls I’ve visited. Very unorganized and unkept. I’m just not one to sift through piles of anything in any store and there seems to be no organization here and seem to stock very little in very few sizes. I gave a 3 star because Customer Service was Awesome.

  4. you can find some cool things at Marshall’s. The problem is you will wait in line longer than it took you to find those cool things. There was one cashier waiting on everyone and another cashier that spent 20 minutes with the same customer. 20 minutes in line to buy eight dollars worth of stuff. This equation is Y retail is dead.

  5. Customer service could use a lot of work. The cashier and the managers disposition towards me was distasteful. They lacked patience and appeared irritated when I asked clarifying questions.

    In addition, the bathroom toilet had feces on it, and it was very dirty.

    I recently purchased some cleaning cloths, and food storage items from Marshall’s. And so far, I’m not feeling good about a couple. 👎👎Thumbs down on the “joie” Onion Pod. The onion still stunk up my refrigerator. 👎👎And a HUGE NEVER BUY AGAIN, to “casabella” for packaging unsanitary cleaning clothes. Photo’s included. Buyer beware🙄😬

    I am so convenient with their clothes collection, they have a great collection, the latest and stylists. Also, the price was amazing and very reasonable. Somehow, I found a lack of customer service, it’s bit worts

    I love the convenience of an all in one discounted retail store with name brands. But their selection of perfumes are not great and not worth the price. The employees don’t seem happy when I check out. I prefer Ross, good or bad any day, if you figure out How to shop there, for smashing designer finds, ie.. rugs, linens, sports brass, shoes and art work/mirrors. Can’t beat Ross❣🤨🤔 🤩

    This is one of the nicer marshals I have been to. It is located conveniently in the arbor shopping center and carries a variety of brand-name items at discounted prices. The staff is always friendly and the store is very well organized. I definitely recommend stopping by if you happen to be in the area.

    I came for something else but ended up with better stuff. Definitely saved money! Got some Crocs here for $19.99 when DSW next door wanted between $44-59 for the same ones 😳. I even bought some charms for $8 a pack! I will always check Marshalls first!
