  1. The only reason for the two stars is the size and cleanliness of store. The store is 5 levels and has a massive amount of room. In typical Nike nonsense there is barely any apparel and shoes for sale. The 5th floor is called Jordan and I counted 5 pairs of Jordan’s…. Foot locker down the street has nicer and more Jordan’s. They have a half court but it was closed for private event. I’m sure that thing is closed more then open.

    I was very impressed. No golf shoes ? No good selection of Jordan’s. Place was straight whack. Just order online and don’t waste your time going down to Soho.

  2. Huge NIKE store in Soho. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Huge selection of Nike products over 4 floors. On the top floor is a small basketball court where you can play a little bit.
    Prices are high, but on the same level as in other stores.
    Worth to visit.

  3. What a GREAT experience going to this store!! I will definitely be back. They have a HUGE selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories.

  4. This Nike store is absolutely massive, it’s spread over 5 floors, the top floor is dedicated to all things Jordan basketball with a mini basketball court.
    The building is such a cool place with a great decor with amazing displayed items, I was very impressed with the plus sized items for ladies, good show Nike

  5. Steven at Nike Soho was awesome and extremely helpful! He went looking around the entire store for some items I wanted, even going out of his way to bring me alternative colour options for an item that was out of stock. He also informed me that the pants I was going to buy was on sale, which was a nice surprise!

    I’m very happy with my experience at this location 🙂

    Had a really good experience, i had to get 2 air force one for 2 kids that are dear to me, AF1 were very hard to find everywhere, so i went to the Nike flagship store on 5 Ave , they found me one right away that was a lot cheaper than many of the stores and online places that i checked, they also helped me install the Nike app , and showed me how to get 15% off in-store purchase. The architecture of the store is beautiful inside out, the outside glass facade reflects lights and always look like a different artwork every time i pass by the store while inside to he store is like a “Nike Museum” of a sort where you can see exhibits of dissected sneakers to show their design concept and scores of sneakers and Nike sportswear. Big thank you for the friendly staff.

    The nike store on the fifth street is both beautiful and has every product. There is a basketball arena on the ground floor and you can enter and compete. There are separate categories on each floor, but what I like the most is the section on the fifth floor where we can make personalized products. You can have the prints you want on shoes, t-shirts and many products.

    Amazing Nike store experience. If you are a Nike fan this is a must stop. It is a 4 levels store with kids, female, male, sneakers and custom made section. It is a great experience however it can be crowded and a bit overwhelming.

    This was my first time visiting this location and it was such a cool experience. It was so much fun going to the fifth floor and visiting the Taller De Rafa pop up shop they were hosting there this past weekend! The customer service was out of this world and it was a family owned business that made you feel like family. What an amazing idea in general and experience all around! The atmosphere they created was so immersive and chill, the exclusive screen print designs they had were unique and awesome, and the kicker was getting to print on Nike merch you bought in the same space! Just a 11/10 experience all around and I absolutely can not wait for Taller De Rafa to be back again because I will be back again!

    I would have expected more from a Nike flagship store. The selection is mediocre and the employees are not customer-oriented. Long wait for products (30 minutes+) and then the wrong or already damaged products arrive. No “sorry for waiting” no “we’re sorry it took a little longer”. You get the feeling that the brand has gotten a little too high in the head of the employees. Therefore, I recommend the leaders to think about how the brand should be experienced in the future…. As it is now, it comes across as arrogant and uninspiring, and no amount of expensive advertising will help.
