  1. No air forces and the lines were ridiculously long at this store. I didn’t want to buy anything because I didn’t want to spend two hours in line. They need to start an express lane for less than 10 items or something cause one person on mobile check out is not going to cut it. Hopefully next time i can actually get something.

  2. Lots of deals right now. Staff inside was great. Pick up order desk could use work. I think people with handicaps shouldn’t have to stand in that super long lines, my suggestion would be if you have an updated plaquer should have a special line.

  3. The line for the holidays is at least 20 minutes outside the door outside of the building. Definitely make sure to come right on time when they open the line for purchase also takes another 30 to 45 minutes just to make the purchase, but this is again only around holiday time.

  4. Good quality, reasonable price. Go to during weekdays afternoon 1:00 to 4:00PM, can avoid the long waiting line. We like Nike. Almost all of our shoes bought in this store.

  5. Zero employee help and you have to search for stuff but they have a few good shoes in normal sizes.

    Staff were attentive and helped search for additional sizes not shown on display. Checkout line was quite long, but moved steadily. A good variety of shoes available in stock

    Went shopping there for my son’s birthday gift…pretty crowded in there but when I got in line i opened my app & it right away prompted me to a discount for being a member so I “used” that code…well I thought I did cause the girl scanned it from my phone so I didn’t question it. But when I got home I noticed the discount wasn’t shown on my receipt & never applied. So if you have the app & that discount pops up, MAKE SURE it gets used before leaving the store!!

    Jesus and Alexia P. was the racist and rudest employees me and my families had ever encountered in a Nike store. I asked a single question about a pair of shoe price and they were helpless and their attitude was just hilariously unbelievable and unprofessional. Their rude response was as if I had done something wrong. But they moved on to a different customer when I asked for help. They were kind to those who were not asian. This obviously was a big problem. So I talked with the manager who actually was already talking with Jesus and Alexia previously and had gave us the look. So even after talking with the manager I just felt there was nothing that’s going to be done.

    Long wait times. Slow workers. They don’t see the need to work fast even if there is a huge line. No one’s bothered to have you wait an hour. Someone needs to teach this team how to be efficient with time when it counts.
