    Medicines ordered over the phone (urgently needed), not received because the counter aunt wants the original prescription! She does not want to accept received faxes! Unfortunately, since it has already happened 3 times, I prefer not to enter this juice shop again. Facit : Original recipe is much more important than my health!

  3. My visit to this pharmacy was an absolute disappointment. I was looking for something to relieve bug bites. However, the young employee with the dark hair wanted to get rid of me right away. She was unable to sell me a simple over the counter ointment or spray for insect bites!

    She just stood there and shrugged and didn’t do anything. That upset me greatly. She was unwilling to help me or give a recommendation. When I told her that I found her behavior inappropriate and that I wanted to buy a simple bug spray, all she said was that if I didn’t know what I wanted, she couldn’t help me. I felt completely ripped off and appalled at their inaction!! I left the pharmacy immediately and will definitely not visit this pharmacy again.

  5. Enthusiastic about the friendliness of the employees.
    I was there on Saturday because all the pharmacies in the vicinity were already closed and I urgently needed my medication. I called and politely asked if they had my medication in stock and I would pick it up. The employee on the phone was very nice and tried hard and put the medication back for me. When picking up everything went smoothly and without any problems and the employee is so nice, friendly and personable. Thanks so much. It’s a shame that this pharmacy isn’t in my immediate vicinity, otherwise I would definitely go there more often. ☺️

    Since I consider the shops to be responsible for organizing their parking lots, I hereby rate every single shop around the parking lot in question. It’s about this new and, for me, almost criminal scam, to pull money out of the pockets of honest customers in outrageous amounts. In this case, the fraudsters are called “Park & ​​Control” … Letters are sent directly with reminders and additional fees, which ask e.g. to pay €39.35 because you forgot to put down a parking disc. The procedure can be guessed at, that someone is placed to observe the customer when he enters the store and then immediately impose the “penalty” (so-called violation of use). The fact is that I never spend more than 3-5 minutes in this parking lot, as there is no shop here where I make larger purchases. And on the day mentioned, it was actually an article, so almost 3 minutes. Every business is systematically rated negatively by me and I demand that the same take action for their customers. It was a bad idea to penalize the majority of your customers for lone wolfs who actually abused the space.

    Fever juice for children was available, which is hard to get anywhere. Service very nice and competent. Gladly again ! PS: The fact that a parking disc is required is written in large letters everywhere.

    Most horrible thing I could experience!!!! THIS SHOULD BE READ BY THE BUSINESS OPERATOR – So-called boss!!! I come to this store and I do not shop through the internet!!! Why??? Because the pandemic has made a lot of business lousy and should stay strong but NO here in this store probably NOT!!!! In addition, I was also given the wrong advice here, despite the fact that I needed the product on the left as you can see in the pictures and I expressly said that I needed exactly this, it was sold to me!!! Well bought is good and what should I listen to from the doctor?? Not this product but extra the other product!!! I went to the store with the product that had not been used and wanted to exchange it but no, what should I listen to!!! The boss trained his employees no return!!!     I always order medication from my rheumatologist here. When the medis are there I will be called. On average, delivery takes 4 to 7 working days. Well, the pharmacists recently went on strike to draw attention to the problems. Delivery , Availability and Fees . As a chronically ill person, I can only endorse that!
