The store was packed, and the staff were helping customers. The lines are so long, and when i say so long, you’d think you’re lined up to get into a concert type of long. Unless you have absolutely nothing to do, don’t waste your time. There is literally 6 registers and 1 cashier while there are 4 associates on the floor walking around. I have one items and it’s taking forever to check out. No one is helping the only cashier check people out. Ross has always been our favorite, because of the cheap prices. This location is pretty big with a huge collection of clothes. We bought some doormats and rug. They are really good and worth for whatever value we are paying. The shop is neat and clean.
My favorite store to stop and check out the home decor section.
I usually don’t leave without purchasing a pillow. I’m not a huge fan of their clothes. I have purchased a few articles of clothing and been pleased. Inexpensive prices on perfume. The cashier was super friendly at this store.
What a mess! This store needs a good cleaning. Things are just piled on the shelves. There were items on the floor. It looked like the night after black Friday, and this was on a Tuesday afternoon. I used to love this store but I doubt that I will go back.
Good location up in Rogers. Everything you would expect from a Ross… they have clothes, shoes, purses, home goods, luggage, outdoor items, kid’s toys and more! The low prices make it a great place to shop!
3 stars because of the chaotic disorganization of the store. Everytime I come the store is messy. And the furniture will always sell expensively despite having wears and tears. It’s a good store for deals but really needs to work on being cleaner and organized.
