- Reviews:I’ve been going to this Ross for years and it’s always been decent. The store more than half the time looks like trash. Customer service is average, not bad nor great. They can’t keep employees though, so checkout is sometimes frustrating for example… I took off the hangers off my clothes, folded them but the person that checked me out unfolded each one when they didn’t even have a sensor like seriously lol but yeah don’t expect anything fancy here the deals are great though.By cactus water (a week ago)Norma is the area manager here is what she told me when I called and asked to speak to a manager. Norma is also the person who checked me out, she’s very rude and has no patience. I had to unfreeze my card and she told me to go back to that endless line since I needed to call a 1-800 number to unfreeze it. I said I don’t have to call a 1-800 that I have an app and can unfreeze it that way. She said unless I had another card to pay with she wasn’t going to wait and told me to go back to the end of the line. I did use a different card so I could just leave. She gave me a bag and told me to bag my own item. I wouldn’t return to this Ross. I got to Ross often so I know the lines can be long, it that wasn’t the issue. The issue was how rude she was. When I called to to talk to a manager she said it was her and that there was no other manager there. She never asked if there was an issue, or asked what I was calling for. Today was an exceptional experience because of the staff there. I was looking for a new perfume and the security guard recommended this one LOL it didn’t hurt that he’s super hot and smelled great so I took his advice. And the lady that checked me out was super friendly and sweet as well, that always makes a great shopping experience even better.
Just OK. Need more inventory. Items were priced a little high compared to TJ Maxx.
Everyone from the the security to the salespersons to the cashiers were very pleasant and helpful
I recently visited the Ross store with the intention of purchasing a luggage set for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately, my shopping experience took an unexpected turn due to an incident involving the alarm tag on the luggage.
Upon completing my purchase and leaving the store, I was startled when the alarm tag on the luggage set suddenly went off. The loud noise immediately caught the attention of both the staff and other customers, creating an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation for me. I hope that the store takes this incident seriously and ensures that customers do not have to face similar distressing experiences in the future.
