  1. Stood in line for over an hour. Only 2 registers were open and then 1, while the “manager” stood around and did nothing! The line was to the fitting room. It took 40 minutes before more cashiers were called to assist.
    I would give you a 0 star but I can’t so I’m giving you a 1

  2. Nice to walk into a store not flooded with people lining up to only 2 registers available. Don’t you know the same time it takes to get through the line in ROSS is the same amount of time they have to wait to get pass the boarder. Open more lines !!

  3. The worse Ross store I ever shop for!!! The management or whoever is the manager here is the worse manager! When the store is packed you are supposed to have about 6 registered open! If I was the manager here. The line will not be so long and customers don’t have to wait for 3 hours in line. It seems like the manager here does not know how to run the place at all. Get a new manager, please!! I rate this place 0 zéro!!

  4. Is a good place to shop but they had a very long waiting line to cash out. Just 2 cash register open

  5. Store was well stocked and had very good prices as always but had to spend too much time on line to pay. There were only two cashiers, and they were very slow. Besides, they kept having a personal conversation between them instead of moving faster to take care of their customers.
