- Reviews:Surprisingly this stores main issue for me has been Lego. 3 times I’ve purchased a “sealed” Lego set off their sales floor and gotten it home only to find out it was returned previously with the contents swapped. Last time I tried to return the store team suggested I go through Lego instead. This isn’t a Lego issue, the boxes aren’t being shipped to Target with the wrong contents. Someone is peforming a scam and honest customers are paying for it. I’m not going to bother bringing my most recent purchase back as I’m sure the store will not accept the return. I’m out $30 now and will no longer shop Lego at Target stores. Ordered it off Amazon instead for another $30 and will wait 2 days for it to come in. I had not been in this store for awhile, but was surprised how clean and well-stocked it was compared to other discount retailers. Item was not shelf but an associate quickly found one in the back and promptly brought it out for me. This is a great Target location. It’s busier than most, and has a bit of an odd parking layout, with entrances on two sides. Customer service is great, as always.
The rest of the store was ok but forget about the shoe department. Wow! What a mess. I then asked for someone to order me a pair of shoes since I couldn’t find my size in this mess (to avoid shipping like you do at ever other store) and they just said they don’t know how the app works.
This store was very clean and nice cashier. But my 5 stars goes to the customer service department. I bought a box of diapers and left them on the bottom of the cart in the parking lot and they were quick to issue me a refund with my receipt number. Thank you so much.
I like Target, always organized and lots of different products. I do have one complaint. If you are a plus size person don’t waste your time. It’s way in the corner in the back and the selection is aweful. Walmart has a much better selection…just saying.
My experience at Target in Salem, NH was great. The store was conveniently located and easy to find. The layout of the store was clean and organized, which made it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for.
The staff at Target were friendly and helpful. They were always willing to assist with any questions or concerns that I had. Their positive attitude and customer service made my shopping experience much more enjoyable.
One of the best things about Target is their competitive prices and frequent sales. I was able to find some great deals on items that I needed, which was a huge plus.
The only area where I had a small issue was with the checkout process. There were some long wait times during peak hours, and the self-checkout machines were sometimes problematic. However, the staff was always available to assist and make the process as smooth as possible.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Target store in Salem, NH. It’s a popular and reliable choice for a wide range of products, and the staff make it a pleasure to shop there. I will definitely be returning for my future shopping needs.
