  1. The store is very bright and clean. It is arranged very neatly. They have a lot of cashiers available to check and there is still a long line. There is a great selection of hair care products as well as shoes. The store is huge and full of great deals!! I definitely recommend this store.

  2. Unfortunately going to this store on a Saturday is truly chaotic. I knew that ahead of time and thought that getting there at the time they opened would help. No such luck. I did find a lot of clothes and it did take time to try everything on. I will say that they do have a great selection. I just wish they they had more staff assigned on that day, knowing full well that Saturdays are super busy. The line for the registers wrapped around the front so long that it went to halfway back into the store. I realize that retail employment is rough these days. I have to say a big thank you to those cashiers who have to deal with CRAZY Saturdays. The young woman who rang me up was pleasant and had a wonderful demeanor even with the chaos surrounding her. That, my friends, is professionalism at its best. So I give the management 3 stars, the cashier 5 stars and the store and the selection 5 stars.

  3. This store is the prime example of what happens when you prioritize selling credit cards over getting a line down. I’ve yet to have any bad run-ins with the cashiers, however it makes zero sense that this store has as many negative reviews as it does when it comes to long lines, yet nothing is done about it. Don’t even get me started on how unkempt the store is as a whole.

  4. i have been shopping here for last 5 years everything even for jobe and one time i bought the t-shirts and wasn’t ok for my jobe and i want to return cus in polici is can return in 30 j bring back in 5 days cuz i work i can’t go in same day and the menager was so rude she throw the shirt and say i don’t take it back and was very bad experience never back here anymore

  5. The store is good but the lines are ridiculous. It’s a Monday at 11:30 am and there are two cashiers working and the line is wrapped around. I understand they are short staff but there are other staff just hanging around behind the cash register’s chit chatting. I come from a retail background and I’ve never seen carelessness like this. There is no manager to take control and help out, cashiers are so slow pace, they don’t call for register back up. It’s such a shame that a store this nice has scheduling issues and employees that don’t care.

    This is one store where I can get some household and personal necessities at good prices. The store is designed in a box layout, which does make finding things a whole lot easier. The service here is super helpful in addition too. Checkout can be a bit of a wait at times, especially when there are only one or two cashiers to handle all the customers on line waiting.

    This is a great TJ Maxx location. The store is very clean and everything is nearly organized and hung up. Lots of great options. The line looked long but actually moved pretty quickly. The manager and cashier were super nice. I will definitely be returning and definitely recommend. Just wish they’d carry cat toys and products, it’s unfortunate that they focus only on dogs when so many people have cats too.

    They didn’t have what I needed. I have been there several times, but some important things I need to have they don’t have. They say if their company doesn’t send things. They won’t have them, and they said they get what I need in the morning, and the item is gone as fast as they get them. I don’t believe they are getting my needed item. Even in thay way. They are Rebock T-shirts. Each time I have gone there to purchase them. They still are out of store stock. Not proper way to serve your customers. Very poor service. Someone needs to make them know how to keep customers coming back. I tell them about the Two rules of proper customer service. 1 is the customer is always right, and 2 is if the customer is ever wrong. Go back to rule one!

    This is one of the best TJ MAXX I’ve visited. Not only is there a plethora of clothing, the store is well-organized, staff are friendly and swift in ringing customers up and they have a great selection of inexpensive, specialized items for home goods. They even have a small section for pets in their own area and tons of great christmas gift items.
