Purchase of phone and watch were still within the 30 days, we bought on Dec24 and wife opened gift Dec 25 2022 came back to the store on a Saturday was told they would charge me $150 dollars Re stocking fee for each item, came back the next day Sunday and was told something different, and they couldn’t do the return on the phone but the watch ok with a 35.00 restocking fee… come get it together with your employees and the treatments given to each customer, this is a indirect dealer NOT Verizon corporate store at and don’t really follow Verizon corporate standards.
