  Went to this Verizon store to check on my cracked phone screen and also the options of the phones I might be upgrading to. Its a nice designed store with big space. The customer rep named Michael B was very patient and helpful in explaining everything to me.

  I absolutely recommend this Verizon location. Nick was awesome. I have no clue about phones, I felt extremely comfortable with Nick. He gave me an awesome deal, and even called me to make sure I was happy with my phone.

  Destroyed our faith in Verizon – the manager allowed my son’s phone to be cloned IN STORE for a Michigan number without contacting us as owner’s of the account. The thief then stole thousands of dollars from the bank using the cloned phone. DISGUSTING DO NOT TRUST THEM

  The staff seems friendly but not knowledgeable on the terms of all Verizon’s promotions. My wife and I bought a phone here a few months ago. We traded in her phone and were told we would receive an $800 credit on our bill spread out over the next 36 months. I explained that I would probably pay off the phone in a month or two. I was told that was fine. Come to find out this voids the promotion. So Verizon got our trade in for free. I called into customer service and asked for our trade in back. I was told this would not be possible. I asked about reinstating the promotion or transferring to a different line and I would purchase another phone. After being put on hold by a supervisor I was told he would refund the $1199 I paid for the phone and reinstate the promotion and pay monthly. This was cancelled by a different department and I was told there was nothing else that could be done. Lessoned learned. I should of read all the fine print. Asking questions is never enough. We will be going with a different cell phone provider.

  Purchased a new phone, watch, and iPad last year about this time. Josh was EXTREMELY helpful and very courteous. Every question I asked he answered and was very patient. He always still does a followup phone call to see if I have any issues. Just stopped by this week as I had a problem with my watch band, I didn’t know how to remove it….and Matthew was also extremely helpful. Every time I have gone into this location the employees are terrific!!! I am very grateful for them as I am not very good with this technology stuff. Great job Verizon employees!!!!

  I am one of those people that if something can happen it will happen. There were several issues getting a new phone but none of it was the agent’s fault. He worked tirelessly, trying absolutely everything he could to take care of me. Finally I had a great pixel 7 pro with the watch that I’m extremely pleased with. I love the North Oak KCMO store!!

  This review is actually based on a purchase I made nearly two years ago. My cell phone threw craps days before I was headed out of the country. When I came unto the North Oak Verizon Store I was greeted by Alexis Bannister who cheerfully greeted me and provided me with one of my most memorable customer service experiences. She quickly helped me to find the phone that best suited my needs along with other devise that would help on the trip. Ad someone who’s not technologically saavy she was patient and walked me thru all of the phones ‘bells & whistles.” She even followed up with me a few months later to make sure I was still pleased with my purchase. Alexis has a bright future ahead and Verizon is fortunate to have her.

  New building about 20 blocks south of the old location. Located in the Eastern parking area of Sam’s club, and the only entrance/egress is at the stoplight to Sam’s. Place is kind of sterile, and they definitely do not have the selection or display that the Barry Rd location has. Service was fast and friendly enough to get most any issue fixed.
