They’ve bailed me out in a pinch when I’ve broken or lost any of my equipment had a replace the same day or fix the next. These guys are awesome.By Albert Dereich (4 months ago)Polite enough, but – a Samsung S21 ‘too old’ to get a new protective cover, and their generic gel screen cover was $50(!) and of course they offered to see if I qualified for an upgrade. No thanks, current phone works just fine. Sat in the parking lot and ordered a case over the internet for $10 and a gel screen protector for $4. Sorry folks, I have better things to do with my $46! And, so much for the ‘lifetime guarantee’ for my gel film. It’s so much easier, faster, and accomplishing to interact online. To be asked, if I brought packing material for a drop off. I wasn’t told to bring anything but the tablet. So while being told to sit over there, and I was the third person in line, I went online and viewed the other options to drop off the tablet. UPS. FREE. NO PACKING MATERIAL NEEDED. SMART EMPLOYEES. Horrible experience. I preface this review with the fact that I am also a Verizon customer. My family was hit by a car that drove off by a customer walking out of Verizon. They refused to help identify the assailant even though they had his information and identity. They then kicked me out of the store for asking for help. Horrible manager, Daniel Maciel and horrible policies in place that don’t protect customers. No concern or obligation to the community or people around them.
Service was great. The young man that helped us was very helpful and took care of our problem.
Great store. The person that helped us was awesome. Got my upgrade and some much better perks. Thank you again Kelsey! I recommend this store. Great place.

Christian was supper efficient extremely friendly and I received the best service out of 3 stores today. He was able to get me both devices that each other store told me were impossible to get same day! Would absolutely recommend and will be coming back for more!
