a week agoThe service was quick! It was my first time coming and I forgot which wash I got but it wasn’t the basic. Maybe just one step up. The interior cleaning was worth the price. As in, don’t expect them to get the fries between the seats.. lol! But you know what, I am VERY happy with the speed and quality. Definitely going again and again.3 months agoThe prices are double then what’s advertised online and on their sign.
The putter car wash was ok. Got the basic one and it did the job.
Was going to get the ultimate but not at double the price.
The inside detailing not the best.
A lot of things missed and not touched.
The vacuuming was good and got all the dog hair but they missed a lot of stuff on the dash and center col.
a month agoThe service was horrible for 50.00 this is an example of what they consider clean. 8 people worked on my car. I could add 20 more pictures. To top it off there was an item missing from my car when i got home.a month agoThe dryer today were awful. I don’t know what they get paid but I should have gotten paid to finish drying my car. I’ve never had such bad service.5 months agoDecent car wash. Better than others in Muncie. I personally have had no damage to any of my cars. I like the fact that two people “dry” your vehicle at the end, but sometimes you still drip and streak horribly. It would be nice to have a spot to pull over to do it yourself.

3 months agoThis car wash is great. The conveyor belt is a bit different, but don’t let that scare you, it actually is easier to load onto and it definitely fun to go through. The staff is great and they donate to great causes as well. Check them out.
Edit: This car wash is still decent, but it has gone downhill since they were purchased by Take 5. Their prices are handwritten, and it seems like none of their card readers work. (They have to take your card inside) The workers are still awesome, and I know they are doing their best. Many of the rinse nozzles were not working as well as their confirmation signs to know what wash you got.
a month agoWe have been using this car wash for about 9 months. They have made changes over the last few months and not for the better. They are no longer doing a prewash spray and our cars have not come out nearly as clean as they used to. Because they have free vacuums everyone comes in and uses them and destroy the vacuums. Last night I went and half the vacuums were blocked off and the spot I parked at was not working on either side I went down 2 bays before I found one that did work. The hoses were separated from the nozzle so I had to basically hold it on. When I was finishing up a nice gentleman pulled up next to me also in search of a working vacuum. Speaking with him I found out he also had a monthly pass we shared how we are getting fed up with things not working and he also told me they raised the prices again😡 that would not bother me if the quality was improved but it has gotten worse. This will be our last month with this carwash. We liked it for the location but we have a Clancy’s close by. Also it has been so filthy. There used to be employees who would come check the vacuums bays regularly and clean them up I guess they don’t care about costumer satisfaction anymore. Better start caring because you will lose your monthly subscribers, you just lost 2.a month agoI was pleased with this car wash right before the prices went up. The van got clean and the vacuums worked. Lately the quality of clean has not been great. The lower brush on the driver side hasn’t worked for a while, so my driver side near the bottom rarely is clean. And vacuums went from sucking the carpet off my floor to not being able to pick up the grass of the floor. What happened? I’m considering canceling my membership.2 months agoDirty place a lot of the vacuum ends was broken tash every where. Tire shine doesn’t work. High price low quality.2 months agoI was a monthly visitor of Clearwater and absolutely loved it. I do not like the new replacement. The washes are way more expensive (platinum went from $18 to $25), they don’t spray the front or back of your car before you enter anymore, and my car was noticeably streakier and less clean. I also felt the actual wash on the inside was less detailed.

Cheap fast and keeps your car looking new
This place was nice, the staff before we enter was friendly and told us about the deal they had going on. The woman directing us into the car wash was happy and friendly. I would Recommend coming here the wash definitely cleaned the car up and I like how the air vents move back and forth when you’re in the drying process. Plus all the little stuff toys are all over the place.
You all need to get a better suction for the vacuums. I never get my floors clean using your vacuum. Other than that is give y’all a 5!! Get that fixed and I’ll change my rating
Everyone was nice. But the wash is not all that. There were still plenty of bugs on the front of my car. And beware if you have a paper license plate on your car, it won’t be after the wash.
It’s an amazing place and pretty cheap. $2 just to use the vacuum, and you get one on both sides of the car! And with their membership it honestly feels like I get everything really for free.
