4 months agoGreat way to keep our cars clean. The monthly pass is great. You can use it as often as you like. Keeps your cars looking fresh and ohhhhhh so clean! Excellent and respectful staff. Very nice to do business with you! You can go to any Mister Car Wash. 🚗a year agothis station is garbage, two of the washing brushes are not working, poor drier and vacume.
my plate number and it protection frame crashed during the washing.
when I talked to the workers and did a clame the mangaer send me email that we are not responssable for any damage in plate number and frame or other accessories.
thats mean we should remove the plate number befor washing😜
thats happend to my friend in same car wash station.a year agoHonestly getting tired of the poor wash quality of all the Mister Car washes and am considering just cancelling my Unlimited pass. This picture is of my truck after 2 times through the wash. The employees have a pressure washing wand right there and they just stand there and never use it. It would take maybe 10 seconds to spray down the back but instead they just stand there and press the start button.a month agoRoller at end of wash on Columbia Drive in Kennewick isn’t working… AGAIN! 6 months agoOk, listen up people, this is the best deal around town $20 for an unlimited car wash for a month and they do a GREAT job! Thank you Hobbs for coming out to help us. He explained to us that if we decided to go with the monthly unlimited car wash that all we would have to do is pull up to the gate to which it would read our plates and then the gate will open. How nice is that! I don’t know about you but i love driving a nice clean car it does make my day better. So to know that anytime I’m in town now i can pull up and get my car washed and it will fill like free 😁! I’m sorry i didn’t catch her name but she helps me pull my car forward everytime don’t worry next time i will get her name. So then to go thru the wash and then to have it dried by Carlos is great. Oh, i wanted to mention it looked like Carlos broke his leg or has some sort of fraction because he had a leg brace on, and good for him to still be out there yet working! We need more people like him in this world what an inspiration he is! (I pray he gets better 🙏🏻) I just love this place! So i read another review here and it said they have free vacuuming for 5 min. I never knew that, so maybe they should advertise that as well. I’m not sure how well they work but I will definitely try it out on my next visit and get back to you. Until then please take advantage of this $20 unlimited car wash, This place is highly recommended! I got a new white car last year, so this has really come in handy. They do a good job, too.7 months agoThere’s is nothing better if you have to go to town than driving a clean car! That just makes my day even better. So while headed off to Ranch and home to deliver toys for tots, i passed autobahn Auto Car and thought, man, i need to stop in, and I’m glad i did because they did a fabulous job!! I couldn’t imagine doing what they do out in the cold having to pre wash or, even at the end, having to dry the car! It was the best $9.00 i spent this holiday season, i also gave them some peanut brittle that i love to make for this holiday season. They were so appreciative. I really love that about people. We really need to be appreciative of people, because just remember… they didn’t have to! Hope you go get your car washed. This place is highly recommended and I’ll be back! Great employees as well!!!!!!2 months agoMy go-to place to get my oil changed!I had a great experience today where my car was shouting at me to change my oil, but when I arrived, they let me know I still have 4k miles to go and sent me on my way with my oil topped off for free! They went out of their way to give that information. They could have done the service, and I would have never known. Amazing!
Every time I’ve been here, the mechanics have been so down-to-earth and polite. 100/10

Great car wash experience. We got both interior and exterior services. Interior was handled with meticulous care… wipe down surfaces with conditioner, clean inside windows, vacuumed, and choice of car freshener (really like the “new car” scent). The exterior was hand-dried, tire shine applied, wheels wiped, and bug residue removed. Top notch, quality service, and great value.
I am going to Mister Car Wash somewhat regularly. A couple of times when my car was washed, they forgot to clean some parts of it. I hope they improve. I suggest you try Mister Car Wash – also to see their service for yourself.
We swung in on our lunch hour and was advised that the tunnel was having technical difficulties. The manager was fixing it, and there would be a couple of minutes of waiting time. Basically, I got a ton of soap and then a slight rince. My car came out of the wash, still soapy. I definitely did not get the car wash package that I paid for. I did not go through a 2nd time because I did not have the time to go through a 2nd time. That being said, the attendants were all friendly.
After I left my inside/outside car wash…. I had to go to a self serve car wash to clean it myself. The back seat wasn’t vacuumed at all, there was a thick layer of dust still on the door. Spots all over the finish, dirt still on the outside of the doors… This is my 3rd time going through the wash, and every time has been bad. I won’t waste my money on this company again.
