- Reviews:Place is clean but it takes months to restock items, shelfs become bare for no real reason on items besides poor management…ur almost guaranteed to wait in line even with self checkout. There is a Subway, First Convenience Bank, Fred Loyola, and a Smart Style inside. There are multiple self checkouts with short lines that move quickly. Typically no matter the time of day or time of year there is 1-3 checkers available and the lines for the few self check outs is insane. The store is unorganized most times you’re forced to use their app to check the price which is never what it says where the items are at. The employees are incredibly rude. The managers are no better. The managers don’t even know their own policies regarding manufacturer coupons. There’s a lot to be said about smaller grocery stores. When you’re disabled & the only options are super centers, you’ll go without something you need before tackling that super center. This HEB is the perfect size. They aren’t lacking in anything. I still find everything I need, they still have a pharmacy, they still have a bank….but they are a manageable size for someone with mobility issues. HIRE MORE STAFF!!!
Jeez. Every time I come here, no matter the time of day, the checkout lines are unnecessarily long and slow. Only the self checkouts and maybe 2 lanes are open each time. The rest of the registers are just there for looks, I guess. I had to wait 10 minutes for an employee to come over and approve my purchase of Sharpies. The last time I used a regular register the lady slammed my T.V facedown onto the conveyor belt. There are no cleaning staff. The same clothes are on the same spot on the floor every day. Things are disorganized on the shelves. The whole place is just a big mess. And they’re not actively hiring, either. I know a lot of people that applied and never heard back. I sincerely hope the GM steps up a little. People are being paid to “check receipts” or just stand out in front of customer service chatting, but not to run the registers or clean. Prepare to wait in a long self-check out lane when planning on shopping here.
Love those steak sandwiches. And like being able to choose toppings. They were well stocked and had a coupon. Always nice to get lunch for two days with that foot long coupon. Got cookies with the savings 😁
The best walmart can do at this point is 4 out of 4 put of 5 stars. This location is clean and usually has a good selection. There is always a few people working registers which is nice for folks who don’t like self checkout.
Evidently this store can put one price on the shelf for an item and charge whatever they feel like at the checkout. When we talked to the service desk and prooved the shelf tag and product matched, the response was that the price shown in the system couldn’t be wrong. They would not honor what was on the tag. Terrible service, dishonest pricing.
I’ve been here twice to try to get an oil change and it is the worst customer service out of all the Walmarts I’ve ever experienced trying to get auto service . Nobody comes out to take your information and then when you go to walk and ask them if somebody will come out they say wait outside somebody will be with you in a little bit. I stayed out there for 30 minutes and nobody’s ever come out. It has been like this all times I’ve been here. Extremely lazy and rude I got here at nine and it is now 10 o’clock and still nobody will come out even when you go inside to tell them to come out. I can understand being busy but it has been like this every time I’ve come here and there are no cars in front of me.
