  1. This location is good sized with easy in, easy out parking. It is a mess though. No organization & just dirty feeling. Lots of clothing racks but I did not have good feels. I most likely will not return to this particular store. Prices moderate to high. Staff lethargic at registers, not engaging.

  2. Not my favorite but decent its s cluttered and unorganized, never really find anything that catches my eye,its hit or miss ,things are always picked through,and can’t find always find 2 of something, the shoes are usually everywhere but it’s not bad if your browsing

  3. I sent in search of certain items and did not find them. It’s always when you’re looking for something you can’t find it. I do have to say this story was dirty and too many items out of place. I think I’m stick to the Ross on university.

  4. Lots of cheaper household and clothing options and the very occasional treasure find of an expensive brand at a deeply discounted price. I found a brand new excellent condition Tommy Bahama summer shirt for less than $20 which generally retails for over $100. However, the staff are poorly trained and often rude and abrasive. One staff member literally used her huge belly to push past my wife who was trying to get her questions answered. This is the definition of battery and she could face potential charges. This is an unfortunate trend for US companies. You may need to travel outside the US to find consistent excellent customer service.

  5. Store was very dirty . Clothes were jammed into the racks. The hangers were twisted with each other. Couldn’t pull anything out to look at. Too much on the racks. Store needs a good cleaning and straighten.

    I always have loved Ross. Especially their dresses…85-90% of their clothing is ridiculously ugly…however those few gems can run your total pretty high! Sometimes just because it has a “name” brand they throw on an extra $5-10. The housewares they carry are beautiful! I was looking for things for my husband, hence the pictures I was taking to send him.

    This place feels like a zombie apocalypse happened and this is what’s left over. They did have my wife’s shoe size, so that’s a plus. Then I don’t have to keep driving around all over the place for her to try and find a pair that fit. I like the cat pictures. 4 stars

    I like this Ross because it’s not as loud and busy as the others. This one is also clean and organized and the staff are very friendly.
