  1. Amazing and helpful staff. I didn’t catch her name but she looked like Amy Adam’s and she was very very helpful. I enjoyed my experience there and would love to come back again. Verizon should look into getting their staff new phones. It’s hard to sell brand new phones when they are rocking old phones.. Also give then a raise they’re amazing

  2. Update: I’ve been without a functioning phone from Verizon for 3 days. Terrible customer service from the store manager who said, “that’s just the risk you take when upgrading a phone.” I paid for the phone and continue to pay for cell service I’m not receiving with no solution offered. The only option I was told is to wait an additional 24 hours to see if maybe my phone will suddenly activate on it’s own and that, “that’s how the system works sometimes.” If you need to visit Verizon I recommend finding a different store.

    It was a really awful experience when I went in to upgrade my phone. The guy who helped us was really annoyed to be working. He kept asking if I was sure that I wanted to transfer my data, gave up and told me the new sim card wasn’t working but it would be fine to use the old one (the phone isn’t functioning properly), skipped through the set up so I couldn’t log in, and pushed us out of the store instead of helping with the data transfer that he already charged us for. I still can’t get the sim card working. The store wasn’t really busy he just couldn’t be bothered to follow procedure.

  4. Cameron was very knowledgeable about their plans and showed me the difference between current ones and what it would be adding internet if I switched to a higher unlimited plan.

  5. T-mobile has lost my business… just looking atound. I’ve had Verizon before and hoping they’re better! Good visit though!

    After doing an update my phone was no longer useful. The lone hard working man did a step by step fix. He took the time to do it correctly. He was wonderful. This was real service. I bought a new phone there was no pressure nor was I given a hard sell. Very classy and the way people should be treated.

    Great customer service with Colin and Tony today. I was upset with Verizon when I went into the store today and Colin got on the phone with them and cleared it up in a professional manner. I’ve had Tony help me a few times in the past and it’s always a pleasant experience.
