  4. Alyssa and Aaron at this store are absolute angels. They truly went above and beyond to help me out of a really messed up situation I was put in by the manager of the Trinidad store. I felt like they really cared and took the time to look into my extremely complicated issues and help me solve them. I really can’t say enough good things about this experience. I was about to switch carriers after my experience in Trinidad but I’m so glad I went to Pueblo and got the issue resolved. Thank you guys, so sincerely!

  5. I bought a phone and traded in my old watch here. Not a place I would go back to they didn’t tell me that the trade in on the watch was a monthly thing. So when I left verizon I ended up paying for the watch twice. Also when I was in store they charged someone else’s phone to my credit card. I have never been fully convinced they fixed everything. So be careful you may end buying some stranger a phone. Also when I took my phone to another carrier even though I had paid for the phone that day fully the phone was locked took a lot of headacheto get my phone unlocked from Verizon.

    We had a forty minute wait, and we were told there was no restroom for customers, much less my disabled mother. We were going to add another phone and line to our plan, but that changed our minds pretty quickly, since we had to leave to find one. I’m not sure how you can expect customers to wait for extended periods of time and not offer at a restroom. So much for customer service. It’s not like we were expecting coffee and tea.

    Paige was extremely unprofessional and lazy. I wanted to return a phone I bought the day prior.. She stood around instead of helping the 5 people in line. Kicked me and my fiance out of the store for complaining. This type of person never succeeds in life. I didn’t even raise my voice or curse. She just simply didn’t wanna work.

    I consider myself a very reasonable person, and very understanding when it comes to customer service, and how you should treat people who are providing service. I’m really disappointed with Verizon, my Sim card apparently stopped working out of nowhere while I was in the middle of a meeting in the middle of the workday so I had to go portion of the day without cell service, which affected my work, and without my livelihood. I think, lack of empathy and courtesy, with a proper apology for a real inconvenience to my day, and how I operate shows where this Verizon store lacks due to Juan who assisted me. I’m sure you don’t want to have deal with a poor attitude after a long day of work- so don’t do that for others. I shouldn’t have to come fix any network related issue after working all day- let alone deal with someone who doesn’t seem to want to deal with people. First personnel issue I’ve ever had at this store.

    Went to Verizon on Northern Ave in Pueblo, CO, where Juan was our representative. He was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, & kind. I took my elderly neighbor for her phone & Juan was magnificent! He took his time with her, listened to everything she had to say, answered every one of her questions, showed & explained in detail what he was doing to help her fix her phone. He was absolutely AWESOME! Juan is the epitomy of a true blue customer service associate. It’s people like him who make Verizon what it is. Thank you Juan for your outstanding service!

    Went to store to speak with rep on several issues after waiting forever was asked for my social security number when I declined to give and stated “I have been with Verizon for years they have never asked for this”. She was rude and when I asked for a hire up she declined and threatened to call pd. If a hirer up management sees this please reach out !
