What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. They will rip you off, if it has a sale tag they will charge you full price and can’t use gift card for digital items.

  2. This store literally stole a $50 Target gift card from me. The gift cards require an access code from the back that has to be scratched off much like a scratch ticket barcode, but its so cheaply printed that the numbers came off with the film when I scratched. The cashier told me to talk to guest services, who told me there is nothing they could do and to call corporate – yeah right, that’s how I’m going to spend my life.

So I guess good on you Target for finding a way to steal $50 from me (well, really the person who bought me the gift card).

TLDR: don’t buy Target gift cards, if anything does wrong they steal the balance from you and tell you there is nothing they can do.

  3. Overall a decent store. The staff is typically very friendly. I did have one experience that was upsetting however. I was last minute shopping for a dress for NYE. After trying on a ton of clothes, I finally found the perfect dress. I went around and got accessories to go with it too. I went to check out and it had no tag. After talking to customer service, the employee claimed they didn’t carry that dress and they didn’t know how it got on the shelf. They wouldn’t sell it to me, and I was very disappointed. I asked them to just put back the accessories I had found for it. That evening, I did a simple search of target and the brand and found the exact dress on their website. I went back the next day and they said it was gone.

  4. We come here alot for kids stuff and toys. Very happy with promotions with getting diapers. Store is always stocked and we always get what we need and want. Place has everything you need and a little better quality of stuff than Walmart. Staff is always super nice and helpful. Had to return a few things multiple times in the past, and they were always nice and never gave me any grief. When out and about will get a call from my wife saying she did a target order and if I could go to their curbside pick up at such and such time…which is super nice. I just pull up into a # spot and they walk over and put it in my trunk and I’m out of there in 30 seconds to 2 mins. They are always on the ball. Thanks again for always and continued great service. Haven’t been let down yet. One last thing. I love their Lego kits and selection.

  5. Their prices are very high for some items. At least most of the stuff works and they don’t pay employees the least. Kinda like a boujee Walmart. Don’t go here that often but girls seem to like it for some reason.

This Target location is not like the Target in New York City. They seem to have a larger selection of produce to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful when called on for assistance. There price check scanner are mostly all in working order. Unlike in New York City, most of the scanners are not functioning. They have a Starbucks and a small food court to sit and eat at.

This is a great branch of Target which include CVS and Starbucks, can you imagine how all these goodies are packed together… I’ve visited with my parents, mom and dad but my sister wasn’t with us, for part of the time she was with us on a video call

I had a very bad costumer service experience. Target employees weren’t able to help me. Even tough target phone costumer service promised me at the store they could help. I would not shop here again.

I used to love this Target, and I still do a lot of my shopping there because it is on my way home from work. I do think that the people in the pharmacy are both friendly and helpful. This part of my experience has remained consistent, and I am thankful for it. Since reorganizing the store, shelves have been very unorganized. I don’t mind that they changed it around, but some sections have just been quite messy. Today the bathrooms were awful. There was toilet paper and trash all over the floor. The most inconsistent part of my experience has been the pickup ordering. I deal with chronic pain issues and occasionally use the pickup option on my worst days (maybe once every other month). I can still walk, but reducing the amount that I walk just on these days helps me to recover faster. The heat caused a considerable amount of pain, so I put together a small grocery run since I was already going to be out that way. The trainer made everyone in front of us, including me walk back through the store to pickup our order. I offered my empty cart to her hoping this would make it easier for her (as other associates seemed to appreciate this in the past), and she ignored me. This would not have bothered me as much but she complained about the fact that I got so much, and warned me that it would take her several trips even though we were literally right outside the door where the order was kept. It was 5-6 bags of mostly fruits and vegetables, cat food, and paper towels.
