  1. Really enjoyed working with bahja and shalisa today. They were incredible. I really enjoyed visiting this store,the experience has been amazing. Usually it’s awkward when the manager is in the store with the rep but these guys made it refreshing and you can tell the manager has the respect of her team and it seems pure and I will be coming back definitely. 10/10 stars

  3. I stopped by this location to switch service from T-Mobile to Verizon. Shalisa was extremely helpful and professional. She made the process easy and was able to transfer all my information without any issues. This is by far the best customer service I’ve encountered in years!!!!

  4. When I walked into the store the first thing I noticed was how clean it was and it smelled good also. The two beautiful women greeted me with smiles and kindly asked if they could help me. They were very patient, kind and attentive. Thank you Bahja and Shalisa for making my day I appreciate

    Went there today and wasn’t impressed with the service at all. It used to be that everyone at the location was very friendly and eager to take care of the customer, even going above and beyond to make the experience a good one. Today, it was just the opposite. My wife had to get a replacement phone and they sent us on our way without even switching over the SIM card from the old phone to the new one. It’s almost like once they have your money, and you have been handed your device that’s still in the box, you have to move quick so the door doesn’t hit you in the posterior end. It wasn’t like there was even any other customers in the store. Maybe that’s why? Everyone is figuring out how bad the customer service is now? I still can’t get over them not even switching over the SIM card and making sure everything works as it should before sending us off. I do have to add that we were the last customer of the day before closing. Even so, that isn’t an excuse for the lack of customer service when we pay for top-tier premium cellular service. There’s plenty of other providers out there that are more than happy to have 7 subscribers switch over. UPDATE : Ok, just realized that the new phone had its own SIM card that was already activated. So my review still stands for the most part because all of this should have been explained by the representative and it should be in print just in case something is forgotten.

    After a wait of over 45 minutes and the manager helping 2 other customers that came in after we finally got waited on. We were going to buy 2 phones and thought we could have help setting them up the man said he could give us a app for us to do. Even though he helped a man set up his I pad, and another employee helped set a another customer out setting up her phone. He said we could buy our phones at Best Buy and they would help set up our phones. N0T. We have a pre paid policy. The man before us said he would not be back if he was still there. I totally agree.

    This large store is a corporate location. Excellent staff on hand to handle your business. All of the newest phones & tablets are on display for your shopping needs as well as accessories, chargers, cases & gaming needs. Nice clean store. Store greeter up front to help you & place you in the que during busy times. Recommend highly! 👍

    My wife returned an IWATCH and they were less than helpful. The man helping us a bad attitude. He also did NOT turn off the watch. We got an alert the next morning that my wife in a accident when we did even have the watch. This is NOT the only bad experience we had this store. GO TO ANOTHER STORE if need Verizon.
