- Reviews:Abraham helped me after I was traded off between 3 reps. It was well after close and he still helped me. He saved me $1200 as it was only a SIM card issue and not a phone issue. The first rep was ready to sell me phone and not even bother with troubleshooting. I bought a couple accessories and a screen protector. I had been on the phone with customer service for weeks trying to get my issue resolved. I finally gave up and decided to visit a brick and mortar Verizon before transferring all my lines to AT&T. Within a hour they fixed all my phone problems. By the way unfortunately for thirteen years i went to another Verizon store in the Spring area, currently totally disappointing!! On the other hand, in the Woodlands location with the store fully packed, the staff is just perfect, kind, attentive, polite and super efficient! 👏🏻Trevor took care of us divinely, very kind and patient! What can I say… experience this time in this particular store… absolutely divine! I really appreciate the whole team! We used to always make an appointment up at corporate at the Woodlands Mall, but I walked in here randomly one day hoping for help with my youngest daughter’s old iPhone that she had locked herself out of. They helped me out and refused to take any money! We’ve been coming here for a couple of years now anytime one of us needs anything. We always leave happy and ready to go. Let them help you with any new device or upgrade you need. You won’t be disappointed.
Got help right away and greeted upon entry. Came in just for a new SIM card and ended up walking out with a new phone! Franchise store and kept very well; treated people better than a corporate store will.
Gary was pleasant enough, but after the fact he had to call me to tell me to come back to wipe the phone clean, when there were 2 instances (he asked me to put my password in my old phone and I told him I was still getting notifications on my old phone. Both wouldn’t have been the case, if it’d been wiped clean. I had no idea I had to do that. That is an employees responsibility to tell a customer) in the store that, in hindsight, he should have realized/caught that my phone was not wiped clean and he didn’t catch it until I was home.
Sammy was the best! He really worked to find the best plan for us with the most discounts & promotions. Unlike a lot of salespeople now days, he seems to really like helping customers. The whole team at the Sawdust location are really nice & helpful.
The service I received was stellar! The customer service representative was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He went above and beyond to ensure that I understood my new purchase and that I received every benefit I was entitled to. I have recommended his store to friends and will be returning!
