  1. Came for the first time looking for a baby blue sweater and they did not have what I was looking for but my brother bought two pair of shoes 👟!
    Either way Larnell was helpful and kind !
    Had a positive attitude. I definitely recommend this store !

    The line was pretty long we waited 20 mins but it’s worth it !

  2. I love the place!!! My husband buys all my Jordan’s and outfits from here!! It has adult at the top and kids at the bottom so, I don’t have to go to a whole different store for my size ( kids clothes), everything is on one spot!!!

  3. Customer service is HORRIBLE! Don’t even bother coming into this location shop online. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to help me exchange a shoe. When I found a shoe I wanted I had to chase down the employees just to get my size. Go to the outlet you may have better customer service.

  4. Great selection – would visit again for what they offer in store. The service here was disappointing needed help getting shoes and the staff didn’t really engage to help – instead I felt like I was disrupting them when asking for a pair of shoes. There was no follow up. The checkout staff was fantastic. They had a lotttt of sizes and pieces I haven’t seen in other stores.

  5. the people working in the men’s shoe department are so rude and it’s so saddening. I came her once and asked for white forces from this girl and she had a very bad attitude and just said okay but never got them. I needed up leaving and i retuned a week later and asked another worker if he could get me forces and he also had a bad attitude and said he go see, instead he sat there talking to his workers while we sat for 15min waiting. It’s very sad to see who they hire and they just talking instead of doing their jobs. I wish I would have said something but I didn’t even wanna argue because they was already rude. Please do better nike

    This is a nice establishment with a plethora of clothing and shoe options. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service…the only friendly person was the cashier. I saw two employees on the floor that NEVER initiated a spoken word. I wanted a pair of shoes that were on the wall but had no idea where the other shoes were located…since no one asked if I needed help… I had to ask for help. I asked the young lady where I could find the shoe on the wall among the inventory. The young lady did not say anything … she walked off… so I assumed I was supposed to follow her… the young lady pointed to the shoe I was looking for and walked off again. It would have been nice if she would have asked what size shoe I needed….SAY SOMETHING! The employees that worked the floor on May 6, 2023 are in need of some intensive customer service training!!!!!

    I completely forgot to do the online survey, but had to take a moment and mention Maya at this location. She was so helpful, assisted me with setting up my app and helped me choose the right size in sweatshirt. The shoes I wanted weren’t in stock but she was just such a pleasure. Thank you Maya!

    Amazing service. Rahimjon had the job completed on time like we agreed. Very reasonable price . His Crew cleaned up after themselves which sometimes doesn’t always happen. Very professional definitely going to do more projects in the future with Rahimjon.

    The staff there is so nice and accomadating. We accidentally left bag of newly bought items and they were so helpful to ensure we get the items back. Nice to see that some places still value customer service!

    Great location Because it’s not that far from me, but the customer service is horrible. I came in to purchase something else and return something. No one asked me if I need help. No one acknowledge me .The only person who actually talked to me is was the man who was returning my item. I know for a fact it was maybe about seven or eight people that was at work. Nobody asked me if I needed help. This is why I don’t shop at this particular Nike store. I don’t like going in here cause I always have a bad experience. I will never go back here again.
