  2. Generally good customer service, though I’ve had multiple situations where I’ve been misguided or left without a solution to odd issues with my mobile device. I’ve also received incorrect items on the locker pickup. Scheduling ahead will save you a lot of time. I’ve experienced pleasant employees in this store who I believe all had the best intentions.

  3. An employee there named Ryan did an amazing job helping me get a new phone. He explained everything in detail and got me a new plan that saved me money and got more speed, hotspot, features, etc. He wasn’t pushy and quoted us on everything and the bill came out exactly like he said. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting great service

  4. Very poor attitude of the person helping us. She did fix one of our issues, however, did not want to hear what steps we had already taken with verizon online support or that we had tried on our own. Was rather short with us. My girlfriend mentioned trouble separating lines from a joint account she managed and the customer service agent wanted no part in helping with that.

    Revised!!! They pulled 2 more customer service agents in. They were super friendly and helpful. As a bonus, one of the reps guided me to a new website with cool coffee mugs. Unfortunately when I visited there were only 2 employees working. They both were friendly but not really “balls of fire” in helping clear thru the line of waiting customers.

    Had an appointment and got right in for an upgrade. Employee knew his stuff and the whole process went smoothly. He even offered some add-on specials that I didn’t know about. Very happy with my visit.

    I was helped good. They are a busy location. They have nice big facility with nice bar style tables and wood chairs. I would recommend some etra regular comfy seats to be placed at one or 2 spots of the place, since not everyone can use the high wood chairs they have. I got an agent that met with me and put me on her computer in my queue once I was there. I was helped at my right order. They are all youngsters in their 20tees but they know what they are doing. I understand they work for long hours and dealing with people. But it would be very nice if they greet people with a smile and keep it for some time during their visit. They have been respectful and did what I needed for my ordeThank you!

    Shouldn’t have left us cellular. I had amazing service with them. Just switched to Verizon. Now I only ever seem to have 4g anywhere I go, can’t watch a YouTube video on 720p without buffering every 20 seconds, had 2 bars of 4g at Coralridge mall and my phone said no connection… If I can’t get great service in a big city, what will I have whenever I’m in the middle of no where…

    Steven was AMAZING!!!! We went to another store, bought a phone, and when they wouldn’t even transfer the SIM card, returned it and went to Verizon. Steven was there by himself, multitasking with multiple guests— treating everyone super well and getting everyone taken care of. I was in an emergency, and had broken my phone. We couldn’t press any buttons to transfer info. Steven spent over an hour with us (in between helping other customers) until everything was transferred. He is one of the most amazing workers that I’ve ever seen

    I walked in and sat down at the counter and was told to move to the other end of store because the representative was working with another customer. There was ample space for the other customer and myself and the other customer didn’t seem to be bothered by my presence. I left and went to the corporate location near Lindale Mall and had a great experience.

    The young lady that helped us was awesome!! She (last name was Thompson) was so patient and knowledgeable and got us all set up. We were so happy with her customer service. It was the best experience I have ever had in a cell phone store.

    This place will offer you money for your old phone but you will not get any credit or money. I dealt with Roman. They have promised to send a check ($800) for 3 months. I have returned 4 times and they keep telling me the check is in the mail. I have learned I am not the only person this has happened to so I know there must be many out there. If I dont get a check in the next month I will post my number and we can do a class action suite as I already have 2 others in same situation from same place. This is the location in cedar Rapids near Target. I did finally get the money but had to involve the Regional Manager for several months.

    Was told by one of their representatives that I “wasted the rep time” and that “he could’ve been taking sales instead of helping me resolve my phone issues”. I came in for assistance as my new phone was not sending or receiving text messages. Felt like that was a highly inappropriate comment to make to a customer. Maybe shouldn’t be working in customer service if you feel that helping customers is a waste of time.
