He provided the best customer service experience my mom and I came so I could get my upgrade and he mentioned how we could save on unlimited plan so we switched and he helped me put my screen and case on. He also taught me how to use the newest iPhone because I had the older iPhone 6s Plus so happy with my upgrade and new camera. Amir thanks for All your help and for all the time you spent with us. That is the best customer service I’ve received. He offered his business card in case I had any questions later after leaving the store. Customer service is terrible, so frustrating and unhelpful. Trying to upgrade my phone and somehow the upgrade “got stuck” in the Verizon system and cannot be fixed for 24 hours. Employee asked if I could come back the next day rather than offering to order and overnight the phone. Very frustrated that their system error has to become an inconvenience for me, and that the employer did not offer to help in any practical way.
By far the store with the worst customers! always making unreasonable demands, often lie to get their way, like wasting time with matters they could have handled on their own, rude/ no manners, many times abusive, high sense of entitlement, angry, penny pinching… the list goes on and on… The staff is usually pretty chill and friendly.
I went in with an issue for my phone that I needed a repair which should have been $29 with my insurance. They were trying to charge me $250. The manager Ceasar helped get it corrected. appreciate
Very helpful and kind people here! Was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a request that another location didn’t want to help me with.
I forgot his name, but we were advised to upgrade our Hotspot data device for a ridiculous price. l found out that we had been paying double for it after my previous advisor explained why is it not necessary. We now pay half of the price for 50GB of data which is more than enough for a household per month, plus we only use it on-the-go.
Won’t recommend anyone to get a device quotation here!
