  1. Gross dirty store. Bathroom was NASTY, always is. Store was torn apart, boxes down half the aisles blocking merchandise. I slipped on a clear plastic bag on the floor and saw my life flash before my eyes. Avoid this store.

    Oh and 12ish people in line waiting to check out, one register open, 4 other employees randomly roaming around on their phones.

    7-20-19 store still nasty and torn apart. 15 people in line and one cashier because the manager was busy chatting with her friends. Also there are items $2, $3, $4 now…

  2. Wonderful friendly staff, great selection of Halloween decorations and they were very sweet to my service lion. Every trip to Dollar Tree is delightful and you never know what new treasures you may find.

    Especially on health and beauty items you will find incredible savings!! Plus this is Denton so even the other customers are wonderful.

This is an average Dollar tree, I went early in the morning so wasn’t too crowded, I guess it was early because the employees were still half sleep and not too friendly, not rude just look like they didn’t want to be here today! Shelves were ok, mostly stocked with a few empty, but at least this store is more organized than other Dollar trees I have been too.

  4. Recently went in to buy things to make gift baskets. What I got I ended up needing to return. Upon trying to return the store told me you can’t get refunds or store credits. . . Needless to say I now have all this gift basket supplies taking up storage at my house. Very disappointed in not being warned about returns. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

  5. This is normally a decent place but after seeing how Kenneth treated a customer today is disgusting. Sir u definitely DO NOT need to be working in any customer service jobs. Even my kids were asking me why that man was so ugly to that customer. Such a sad thing to see. I hope yall get this guy in check or get rid of him before yall lose more customers.

    Oh Aaliyah the cashier what a bitter hostile person for literally no reason. Demanded I remove my items from the bin on the belt… no please no hi no smile nothing. No have a good idea. Limited items anyway very low stock. Kind of trashy. Jesus will not be back here.

    I really love this location! It’s really close to my apt and they have so many cool things! They’ve been getting alot of new stuff that I love, like micellar water, facial toner + other beauty products. They have a big selection of craft supplies & decorations. Also home decor stuff, candles, vases, floral accessories… Etc Cashier’s are always very nice and really professional & there is always at least 1 employee stocking things/ straightening up the store and keeping it looking nice. This is definitely one of my favorite locations.

    I love shopping at this store. Previously I didn’t shop at Dollar Tree because I felt the quality of their items were not even worth the .99 cents they sold goods for. However, this store changed my mind. The store is always well stocked with good quality items, especially for the price of now $1.25. The employees are customer centric, offering excellent customer service and continuously willing to go above and beyond to meet their customes needs. As an employee at a neighboring store, ,we tend to shop there for snacks, extra office supplies needed, or just items for home. It is a great place to shop for your everyday necessities.

    This place was absolutely horrible, the lines were all the way down the isle. When I had called to ask if they had something specific they told me they had it, when I showed up the lady that was there told me they had never sold that item before. Isles we’re a mess nothing was where it was supposed to go, you can tell the workers are getting paid the least amount possible. I will never go here again and if I do you’ll see an edit.
